The room was freezing as the heater didn't appear to be working very well. The temp when i arrived in the room was 36F. It was 52F when i woke up! Parking lot was not ploughed when i arrived around 5:00pm

Warmer bedding was needed. The renovations in my room were incomplete. The shower/ bath needed repair. Since there was no breakfast, coffee/tea in my room would have been nice.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Parking was good and it was near my event. There was a Tim Hortons in driving distance.

The front door was in a very weak framework and could easily be broken into by applying pressure to the door handle. There was no kettle. I had to use a plastic beaker in the microwave to heat water for a cup of tea and hoped that the plastic didn't melt (it didn't).

Hot water in the shower won't work,exposed AC receptacle,slippery bathtub and dusty underneath the beds,door knob you'll have to pull/pushed hard in order to lock.

Wish the bed spread was larger. Wasn’t a fan a double sized bed though we were surprised they were comfortable for a motel. Wall sockets were limited by bed for phone, alarm, and cpap machine. Price was a bit steep for a motel given no breakfast or much in terms of amenities. Most hotels we stay in are $150-225 that include breakfast, gym, and considerably larger tv sets. Not the best but not the worst we’ve stayed at.

Newly renovated which was great! Location close to Wiarton. Easy check-in and check-out.

Pool was freezing cold. They made attempts at renovating and updating room but was clearly a DIY job from someone not knowing what they were doing. Nowhere to hang clothes for an extended stay. Had to live out of suitcase

The motel was in need of some repairs, quite a few broken tiles in the bathroom and the door was roughed up. Lots of peeling paint. I also did not think it was worth $350 for the night!! It was the only option for us at the time, but quite steep.

Great location and the staff was super friendly. Our room was ready for us when we arrived.

The bathtub was dirty with someone elses little black hairs in it and stains. The door to go in and out of the room had no doorsweep so you could see daylight and bugs or small frogs or a snake could probably get in. The floor lamp in the corner the whole top fell off of not just the shade but the lightbulb and top of the socket too. Could have been a fire hazard or someone could get electrocuted. Little finishing details werent great. Trim on doors, bathroom floor tile uneven and sharp on barefeet etc.

The bed was super comfy. The staff were nice. Quiet area in a good location.

I felt The price was a little high for our room but I also recognize it was a long weekend.

Room was very clean and quiet. There were lots of fresh towels and decent fridge and microwave. It was cold so we didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Option to have a fire at a fire pit. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating.

The outside door had big gab at bottom. Would be awful in the winter and would let critters in. The bathroom had no counter space to put toiletries. No dresser or table. Only 1 pillow per place. Not enough.

Good location. For us was a quick stay. Would have liked to be able to use pool and out door fire pits but we were late getting there. Some things were newly renovated.

The house keeping task were done poorly. The floor was dirty and shower curtain gross. Doors and windows were filthy. Furniture is old and dusty, and air conditioning unit had broken knobs. Bathtub faucet was loose. No dead bolt or chain for security. Just a simple lock.

The beds were comfortable enough for one night stay. We had air conditioning and we had a fridge. The outdoor pool was ok.

Hygiene could be improved, the beds were generally comfortable, and the bed linen provided had visible stains around the edges, as well as clumps of hair. The fridge was so noisy we had to turn it off to get to sleep. Providing an electric kettle to boil hot water would be better.

The location is very convenient, right off the tell-tale highway, and parking in front of the door is easy. Check in and check out were both easy as well.
