My husband said he would love to have a reading light on the table beside the reading chairs.

We were upgraded to a larger room with a King bed. The room was perfect and Brenda and George were excellent hosts, offering us coffee, tea and shortbread cookies on arrival. They asked us what we would prefer for breakfast and when they made breakfast for us, it was fantastic! Thank you so much for this experience! We plan to be back in the fall.

The breakfast was homemade and delicious. The hosts were exceptional and made you feel like you were visiting family. Our room (king size bed) was lovely and spacious.

Bathroom was tiny. For an overnight stay, it was fine, but I wouldn't have liked it for an extended period. Room could have been warmed up before we arrived as it was chilly.

We liked everything.

We have stayed in many B&Bs and this one was the best. We especially loved the room which exceeded our expectations, welcoming and charming in all the details. Our breakfast in the morning was outstanding! Thank you Brenda and George for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Brenda and George are lovely hosts and very welcoming. Room was spacious and private with large windows with plenty of natural light. The whole place was spotless 10++!! The bed so comfortable and linens were very nice. The bathroom well appointed with essentials. Breakfast will exceed expectations and George makes the Best coffee 👍🏻 The Willow House Inn was absolutely the best accommodations on our whole trip! We hope to return again.

Not a thing!

From the moment we walked in, you could tell that owning and running this B&B was George and Brenda's passion. They were incredibly welcoming, helpful and treated you like family, not just guests. Everything was as you would hope in not only a lovely B&B, but in a much larger hotel. Head and shoulders above any AirBnB you could possibly rent!

Communication with Brenda was easy. Location is perfect, close to restaurants and sites. George and Brenda are such a lovely couple who work hard at making everyone comfortable and relaxed. A beautiful property and garden. We highly recommend for a wonderful stay and outstanding breakfast.

Brenda and George were very friendly and hospitable. We felt instantly at home. Breakfast was delicious and we were given muffins to take with us for our travels! The town is lovely- the waterfront was a 2 minute walk. I highly recommend this inn.

It’s not a case of not liking something about the property, my only hesitation on not giving it a 10/10 is that this pretty Inn is not accessible to anyone who can’t do stairs. Like most old homes, the staircases are relatively steep and they are narrow. I’m somewhat mobility challenged but because I am still ambulatory the stairs were challenging but not incapacitating.

The property is well maintained. It was warm and inviting. The house is scrupulously clean and again, very well maintained. It has ambiance and warmth. Our room was large and comfortable. It had good lighting (both natural and artificial). The ensuite is small but again well laid out. The king size bed was comfortable. For me, the fact the windows could be opened was a huge plus. Breakfast was superb and Brenda went out of her way to ensure that my husband (who has gluten issues) had the same fabulous breakfast as the rest of us. And the ribbon that ties the very pretty package that is Willow House are your hosts, Brenda and George. They are friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about their home and their town. They go out of their way to make you feel like family. We would definitely recommend the Willow House Inn.
