Considering the poorly maintained exterior, the rooms were surprisingly comfortable and adequate, albeit, basic.

I was disappointed that they did not have an elevator. I usually travel with some equipment and I am not one to pack light. My husband and I had to carry all our bags up a flight of stairs. Normally not an issue but this particular time I had an injury that made stairs very hard to climb even without baggage. Elevator please!

I loved the bed. It had feather pillows, duvet, and mattress top. I felt like i was sleeping on a cloud.

Only one hand towel and facecloth for two people. Bath towels small and rather thin. A little pricey for the facility.

the Windsor looks like you’re basic 2-star travel motel, but the room is clear, the bed is comfortable, everything works, and there’s new caulk around the bathtub. it may have seen better days but the Windsor is fine for a place to stay overnight in Hope.

We didn’t see many staff during our visit, except for seeing the cleaning staff in the hallway a couple of times. We were brought some towels that seemed dirtyish and one facecloth had hair from shaving on it. We just didn’t use that one. It is an older building and could be cleaner in areas such as the bathroom.

The staff at check in were very friendly. They did bring us clean towels during the day when we were out. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The cleaning staff we saw were friendly.

The motel is a bit run down. The room (including the kitchen) is sparsely furnished and smelled old. The furniture is old and tarnished. We were missing at least one chair, cutlery, and dishes.

The room was in bad need of a makeover. Peeling paint, bathroom tub surround and sink damaged, some wood trim missing. For $130 you expect to at least have a room that is undamaged!! We stayed here before in a room on the second floor that appeared to have been renovated. Charge less for this room or fix it!

guy at reception wanted my credit card I didn’t have it so stand off - my friend was paying with his but he wanted mine as it was booked on mine - ?? eventually took it expensive for what it is and no breakfast

The building is older and while some renovations have been done, e.g., new flooring, more work needs to be done to bring the rooms up to a better standard.

Building is dated and should be spruced up. checkin fellow had the personality of a mouldy mop - some civility wouldn’t take much effort. I was disappointed the total package didn’t match the total price they charged.
