Explained above. I liked the fact that the front door was open 24 hours but a little noisy. Next time would like to enjoy a beer in the “cafe” the signage outside was confusing. We have been on the island many times. And do like the refurbished rooms. The different colours outside are a great addition.

Nothing was open at the Wolfe. The entrance needs to be improved. Steps too high. Glad there is a railing to grab. I am curious about the description re double bed and large double bed. Our double was tight for 2 people not spooning. I did try and connect re email on the booking site to ask that question or at least change to a large double but got no answer. The staff we met when we arrived although very friendly did not seem to know anything about large doubles etc. the hotel was not full so we probably could have easily changed to another room with a little more space. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. Curious why the cost was in euros. A little off putting when you convert.

The drapes did not cover the window completely in our street level room. Very dark....needs more lighting. No hair dryer. No way of adjusting the thermostat.

My only real complaint is that in our particular room it was not possible to open the window.

The location is perfect: not too far from the ferry, and near the local pub and the bakery that are an absolute must-try. There is also a bar and restaurant at the hotel, and while we didn't get the chance to try the food, the cocktails and live music on Saturday evening were pretty good. The self check-in went smoothly, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Just missing a working coffee machine in the apartment. There is a Keurig machine, but no access to pods.

There were only a few small details that kept this from being a ten for us.

What a vibe from this place! Retro but clean, the room was extra spacious and the bathroom was definitely recently remodeled. Beds were comfy. The waterfront view was outstanding and what a treat to wake up to a Farmer's Market on Saturday morning, just across the road. We did not visit the patio across from us, but it looked really cool. You can really tell this is somebody's dream they are making come true. We booked out of necessity this time due to the cost and availability of hotels in Kingston, but next time it will be our first choice.

The carpeting throughout

The hotel was a pleasant, there wasn’t a tv, which I was expecting. The room was comfortable their screen in the window had holes which could have allowed mosquitoes in. The hotel was very clean, getting rid of the carpet throughout would aid in the cleanliness. There’s a great beach not far, the outdoor patio restaurant was a bonus, well set up pretty with the lights. Over all it was a pleasant stay!

needs to be upgraded, our double bed was lop sided, headboard on the floor. Time to remove carpet on the entry of stairs and maybe a tv in the rooms. Not user friendly when people arrive, it was very confusing when we arrived. We went to restaurant as stated in the info package emailed to us, waitress kept saying no its like an air bnb, you do not come into the restaurant...it was pouring rain and it took us forever to figure out how to get into our room, waitress was absolutely no help. Went to grab something to eat, she served us fries with no forks, no napkins etc. Its time to upgrade...

The location and view were amazing, the room was so bright and large, too! The bed was super comfortable as well. The emails head for self-check in was great, too.

The ferry means making sure you arrive in time to get on because there are many other cars traveling too.

It was really, really spacious…basically an entire flat! The kids really enjoyed taking the car ferry to the island
