It’s just slightly out of the way of the heart of the city, but we wanted to be in the middle of the track for the Honda Indy, so we were pleased regardless.

The hotel was immaculately clean, they had all the facilities one could desire and then some. They offered good amenities as well. The staff were wonderful. Each person we interacted with gave incredible guest service, and they do truly go above and beyond for their guests. Shout out to Andray, who always had a smile and friendly words for us - he even remembered our kiddo!

The elevators are a bit strange. There are 6 servicing the guest room tower but it seems like only two or three of them worked. There were long waits for them also.

There are two restaurants in the hotel, we ate at Rosa Cocina for brunch, dinner and breakfast. They have a really good menu and the staff is generally professional and pleasant.

Location, staff and rooms absolutely perfect. Ability to have a lovely view from 29th floor on Toronto downtown was brilliant.

Beautiful facilities, pool, fitness, games, was excellent for our 2 teenage boys. kept them happy and entertained. Staff was very welcoming, attentive and on top of every need and question.

The Falcon bar need better bartenders skills to make the standard drinks such as a Moscow mule or a mojito. We ordered these drinks and unfortunately had to send them back. I am certain the basic ingredients were substituted for something else and both drinks came out very tart tasting like lemonade but very acidic.

The views from the room & pool were great. The staff were very attentive.

We ate a Valerie, views were amazing! The food and service were just ok in my opinion. We ordered drinks and some sharing plates. Our food arrived before our drinks and our 1 friend didn’t get her first drink and the rest of us were ordering our second ones. Her first drink should have been on the house but nothing was offered. So a little disappointed with that. We ordered 4 things to share and they were all just ok

Location was great, we were attending an event at Budweiser Stadium so you could not ask for a better location. The view from our room was amazing. The staff checking in was friendly.

We ate at Roses. Our cocktail were on point! But half of the food menu was unavailable. I think the restaurant was understaffed as our service was extremely slow. Forced into ordering the cheese burger which would have been amazing but very undercooked in the center. I would have returned our meal to the kitchen but with the service being was it was we couldn't risk missing the concert. 6:15p reservation, meal arrived at our table at 7:45p and instantly ask for our bill too leave for 8pm. We will be returning next month for another stay with the hopes this experience was only a one off.

Location to the concert venue was exactly what I was looking for.

It was this one guy who worked on the rooftop restaurant. He said they were close nomore food. It was a couple next to us that wanted to order food. He told them the kitchen was closed. Right in front of us, a couple that had ordered food wanted another order of what he made them. So we all watch him remake the food for them but wouldn't serve the couple that wanted to order food.

Everything about the hotel. The employees were very helpful. I had seen everything the hotel had to offer. But I wasn't sure how to find it. One of the employees showed us and gave us a tour. It's definitely worth it.
