Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Hotel itself is a brand new building so it just feels good to stay in it. Our room faced the billy bishop airport so it was really cool to watch all the planes landing from my bed!

United StatesI was a little disappointed that it cost over $1,000.00 for a room for one night along with dinner and a few cocktails, I understand the level of service that comes with the price.
We went to the grab and go for a breakfast sandwich and coffee; it was good enough but not what I would have expected for a hotel in this price range. I liked the staff; the room and the location were perfect to attend a concert at the Coca Cola coliseum. Sebrina at the check in was fantastic in explaining the hotel and arranged a ride for us to the show. We did grab a burger at Rose's prior to the show that was very good also Sky who waited on us was awesome as well.

They enjoyed the dog bed in two bowls in the room, and loved the view!!! It was so nice to be able to not leave the hotel one night and eat and drink there. The views at the top are incredible. We look forward to returning.

CanadaDinner at Valerie was terrible, though the staff were really great and attentive, the food was awful, I would recommend going to Valerie for a drink and to enjoy the view only. Also we did find two small hairs on our sheets near the headboards behind the pillows, so that was concerning.
Beautiful hotel, brunch was fantastic at Rose. Starr was an awesome server. Great view overlooking the lake, lovely staff in every department of the hotel, spacious rooms with beautiful bathrooms, room service is prompt and our guest first experience was great.
