The room wasn’t clean, there was hair everywhere. The room was stuffy and smelly, the pillows also smelled, which made me think the covers hadn’t been replaced with clean ones. The air conditioning was very loud when turned on

The beds are really comfortable and I was on the quiet side of the building. The shared bathrooms are clean and the morning coffee is great. Hotel is “reasonably priced for Vancouver” and I can stomach this cost because it is non profit and goes to women’s programs.

can’t really fault it. Had no issues during our staff. Of course it’s on the cheaper side therefore not perfect, but we stayed 3 nights and couldn’t say there is anything I would change about our time there.

The location was amazing - so close to everything needed & plenty of bus stops within walking distance to take you wherever you needed to. The hotel was cheap for the area, however was perfect for what we needed - clean, comfortable, friendly staff & perfect location. We had a room on a high floor so had no issues with noise or disruptions.

The view was the next building full of people in a classroom setting.

Very close to venue we needed to go to - within walking distance. Secure building. No carpet. Clean. Noise reducing windows.

Be careful at night. Even better parts of downtown Vancouver are not that safe. In this area, If you need takeout after 10 pm, Robson St.is maybe the best bet. Know how to use the skytrain and buses.

Convenient location for concerts, sports, etc. Clean and decent accomodation. Good and welcoming staff.

Some construction going on, but that really isn't in their control. I took it as its improvements. So nothing bad really.

We requested a room with a bathroom. The room was large, as was the washroom. We only stayed one night but it was nice and clean and we were very satisfied! We don't get out much as we have 3 kids and this was our first night away from the kids in a really long time. No complaints here! :)

Noise level. In the room, continuous bathroom fan which I understand but loud so closed bathroom door. There are 2 more vents in the room for heat/ air circulation. I turned the heat right down but loud air sound always.. I am a little noise sensitive but hard to block out . Secondly, there was a teen group staying on my floor and was woken up at midnight...Called the front desk to deal with it and when woken up again at 12.45am ,I dealt with it myself and that was the end of it . Not hotels fault but annoying none the less.. Second night was super quiet, can only presume they checked out or were spoken with .

I have stayed at this location before and it is very convenient and safe for the concert I was attending and perfect for where the bus from the ferry (257 express) dropped me off. The ladies at reception are super friendly and knowledgeable and I was able to check in early. The room (7th floor) was clean and roomy with 2 queen beds and view of BC Place. Met all my needs, desk, mini fridge , private bathroom and room for storage of suitcase etc...No coffee station in room but free coffee machine in lobby with expresso etc.. and use of kitchen facilities on most floors ..Housekeeping was excellent and friendly whenever passing in the hall.

The washroom is shared by the persons living to the next door which is very weird and inconvenince.

Perfect location, walking distance to the downtown area, Science World and Rogers Arena, metro stations are also nearby. The receptionist offered me an early check-in around 10am in the morning.
