Breakfast was average - pastries were stale/hard, pancakes were cold (and not always present). One of the coffee machines was broken. The extractor fan in my bathroom was broken.

Location was reasonable, the rooms were well furnished and I appreciated being given a bottle of water every day.

The first room I had been allocated was musty. The second room was better. However no windows can be opened in the rooms making the rooms feel unaired. The rooms were adequate but could do with better maintenance in the bathrooms.

The selection at breakfast was great!! This was the best feature of my stay.

The hotel needs to be renovated ASAP. You cannot keep charge clients rates equivalent to IBIS in Europe and the standards are way lower.

The provided soap gel in the bathroom always leaves me with an unfulfilled feeling after a bath, like i need to take a bath again. To dry the bathroom you need to keep the bathroom doors wide open while the air-conditioner is on. The plastic carpet is always wet because of the dripping air-conditioner. The above maybe specific to the room i was given.

The general ambience is relaxing and reassuring plus the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is satisfactory but sometimes the restaurant doesn't have some items that are listed on the menu.

the price is too high for such a hotel with such modest facilities(old carpet, poor ventilation, no body lotion, no proper shampoo, no fridge, no coffee or tea facilities in the room, no gym etc). For such an amount of money, other Ibis hotels in other countries I've been to offer far superior and better facilities and services

Ohh.... Reception took a very long time to check in, after check in, pull your luggage to room youself, enter room, the telephone doesnt work, enter bathroom, no soap with basin, so comback to reception for everything. Asked for soap, they said go and buy from market. Whole payment taken beforehand even room not shown.

Location of the hotel is good, bathroom size is decent as compared to room size

Check-in at the reception took over 20 minutes. We had booked a standard twin room. They gave us a room with a small queen bed. We told them that the hotel had confirmed two separate beds - but the unhelpful receptionist just dismissed us. The room was small and claustrophobic. It had a small window and was Cluttered with unnecessary racks. Only one small bottle of water was given for the two of us. The intercom did not work. The pillows were so thick that it was impossible to use them. No toiletries in the bathroom. We spent two uncomfortable nights at this hotel.

Nothing much. Free shuttle to drop us at the airport was the best part.

The staff were incredibly helpful, especially for a non French speaker. Staff at front desk and at the restaurant were professional and friendly. Will definitely stay again because of them.
