A great place to stay, because it was very quiet, but not so good for swimming and snorkelling,

We had a very small fridge, which was a bit hard as we were there for 13 days. Also, the lagoon was very shallow outside the Villa, so no good for snorkelling or swimming. However, if we walked for 5+ minutes around to the point both were much better. It is sad that there seems to be a lack of basic maintenance for the property…like the chairs, table, sun loungers, and the kayaks all have issues, that could be easily corrected, by a maintenance man. We added things like a dish whisk, a salad bowl, a plug that fitted. A dish to cook in the microwave would have helpful.

The view from the Villa was excellent. Also, as it was so hot in April, the Aircon was an absolute bonus Also great WiFi connection. The best in our month in the Cook Islands Response to any problems from the staff was great at all times.

Spacious bungalows with kitchen. Location right on the beach with kayaks. The location was really private and felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves. If you don’t have a car (like us) there’s only really one restaurant within walking distance, so worth stocking up on enough food from the grocery store. A great stay!

A very relaxing stay in paradise, in a quiet and peaceful location, with a magnificent view.

We only had 1 sun lounge chair and no cushions. Some more storage for clothes would have been good and the provision of hooks in the bathroom for towels. We stayed for 5 nights and managed without a car for 3 days, but it limited our dining options, so a car or scooter for most of the time there is needed.

The location right on the beach is fantastic, and you can walk from your balcony and straight into the warm water (although quite shallow). Kayaks were provided so you could go out on the lagoon easily. The outdoor deck is a great size for relaxing and eating and watching the sunsets and the outdoor shower was great to wash off the sand and salt. The indoor facilities were good and the bungalow was quite spacious for 2 of us, and the aircon was a godsend as it was so hot. The manager, Tearoa, was friendly and very helpful and took us to the shops for supplies before dropping us off at the accomodation. She checked in on us during our stay to make sure that everything was ok.

The property was located on a lovely private stretch of beach. Simple but well equipped and comfortable.

Got charged airport transfer, even though it was supposed to be free. Was told Booking.com hasn't updated the facilities. There was no bottled water as advertised. Had to go buy to be able to fill up at the water filling station down the road. Staff at office only at check in times. Tina&Co supermarket withheld change, so watch out.

Wonderful sea view, very comfortable bed and pillow, better than the photos portrayed, spacious, great aircon (unit 1), very private from other units and beach is secluded.

Nice place, very comfy. Good bed, good kitchen, fridge, aircon. Very helpful staff. On arrival they took us to the shop. So we had every thig we need( drinking water, food to cook, local fruits). We asked the staff to by and bring for us fresh fish. and they did it. Thans a lot for that! Just good advice. Don't forget bring with you your coral shoes, some sun and mosquitoes spray. We took a day tour, it was very interesting. The staff helped us to book it.

    Nothing, we loved every second.

Absolute beachfront with gorgeous views. Supportive and attentive staff. We had an amazing time. Kids had a blast. Equipped kitchen, we were able to cook somedays. We brought our snorkeling gear so we were able to snorkel in the beach. There was complimentary kayak use, which was very fun. Nothing to complain, perfect place to stay. Sky at night was full of stars. Amazing

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The Aitutaki Seaside bungalows are perfect for a couple looking for a vacation hideaway. You have kitchen facilities so you can cook your own food, an outside shower so you can wash off the beach sand (and there is plenty of that), and they're air conditioned so you have great comfort all the time. You're met at the airport and ushered to your place with dispatch. And the manager is easy to get hold of abs helpful. She arranged our rental car for us, advised us regarding lagoon cruises, and pretty much made sure we had everything we needed. And the beach is less than 100 metres from the front door. How can you go wrong?

Nothing, it was an awesome, unforgettable experience.

The location was great, the beach right in front of our door. Our host Tearoa provided us with lots of information about the area, organised our bike rental, our Lagoon cruise, took us to buy our groceries and checked on us regularly. We are very grateful for the service and care she showed us. We will definitely be back.

    Nothing. Everything was perfect!

Very private, relaxing and has everything you need! We had a wonderful stay and Aunty T took care of us by picking us up and dropping us off to the airport as well as getting supplies. She even took us to pick up our scooter. Thank you! Everything worked and was functional and we were very comfortable. Bed is on the softer side for any firm bed sleepers. Aircon worked a treat as it can get a little warm during the day but we were out swimming and snorkelling each day so didn’t really need it. Atiutaki is the place where you really come to log off and get away from the world so if you’re expecting to stay connected, be mindful that internet is expensive in the Cook Islands as a whole. As per the previous comments, there are ants if you leave food items out so make sure everything is secure or put into fridge. It’s not the property it’s just that you’re remote, surrounded by gardens as well as the sea. I only wish we booked this place longer. Any first time Atiutaki visitors, be sure to book at the very bare minimum, 5-7nights. We didn’t get enough done in 3x nights.
