A bit run down on the outside, however room was clean and comfy bed

Very basic but that’s what I was expecting. Wouldn’t want to stay there for an extended period

The location was good as it was close to the airport. I flew in late and left for the airport again early. Room was left open for me late and Roselle checked in with me in the morning. I can’t comment much on the room because i just slept there and I didn’t even shower there. I will say the bed was good and the AC was good.

A basic but clean & comfortable motel type unit centrally located in Avarua. We had a late checkin and only stayed 1 night but it provided everything we needed - predominately air con, a good shower & comfy bed. Great communication with manager.

the shower can't spray properly and burned my foot on the shower floor. must be a leak from the shower fittings somewhere. My daughter injured herself on a sharp nail sticking up on the arm of the chair when she sat down.

I think the motel is a bit tired needs sprucing up our toilet was loose on the floor one of the sockets wasn’t working tv reception was very poor just small things but they should be fixed. The lady who runs the place is very pleasant and helpful

The fire ants and cockroaches were scary 🤣 but it is a tropical island so tiny insects are to be expected

There was no proper wifi and I reach Sunday and there was no wifi on that day and when the host receive mf and and left from the property and she switched of the wifi same thing happened on Monday. If they cannot provide wifi then they have to inform us.. Such island like this only out side contact is internet This I was dislike

It is cheaper, budget accomodation compared to the resorts on the island so it met our expectations. Would be good to have dishwashing liquid and something to scrub the dishes we used but maybe I just missed seeing that.

Location is close to the airport and walking distance to Rehab nightclub, Trader Jacks, Lucky Rooster and other nearby amenities. Also close to the airport and Hula Bar. The location is very convenient and part of a social area. Amenities are adequate. We received new towels every morning. We had single beds as requested and they were comfortable. Linen is a bit dated, as is the bathroom. But all worked fine and the room was very spacious. Ronnie is very pleasant to deal with and accomodating.

There is no basic cooking facilities or even a BBQ area. This wasn't clear in the online booking. Pool was basic and by the time we left was green. We did not use the pool on last few days of stay. The wooden steps got very slippery in the wet and dangerous. Back door leaked inside the room when it rained.

The location was great to town. Staff very nice and helpful. courtyard setting lovely.

This was a stay over for one night as we arrived late . Nobody is around on the property but that’s ok as your key and room is waiting which we were told . No issues
