Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

New Zealandpillows were flat quite uncomfortable to sleep on, not that many facilities for kids, keen to use the pool table but the door was locked. We were given the option to charge our bill back to our room so when it came to checking out, it didnt have a break down of what was what. We didnt eat every day at the resort however there were charges dated every day.
View from our room was a bonus and super spacious (beach front) free breakfast another reason why we chose this place, although the queue was quite long we went through quite quickly. Free use of water gear is a bonus. We chose not to clean our room every day and the lovely cleaner would always check to see if we needed extra towels, toilet paper etc staff at the restaurant were super lovely

New ZealandLow shower pressure; villas are a bit dated and furniture is old and not as new as the suites but otherwise it provides a home away home which suited us. Few Restaurant chairs broke around us as others sat down or moved them. Pool is a bit small for such a large and busy resort and could do with a clean. Would suggest eating elsewhere as food is average.
Location is great! Close to airport, town and south side; friendliest Cleaning staff who kept our villa clean and refreshed frequently - Meitaki Maata for your care and friendly chats. Very beautiful beach and marina. Booked Garden Villa for 8 days which has everything you need - full kitchen, filter water, washing machine, great sized bedrooms. Great beach towel and reef shoe service. Loved the Spa Store and resort pets (dogs and chickens roam freely and are very tame which the kids enjoyed).

New ZealandAccommodation and facilities and staff were fantastic. If anything is the courtesy of other guest, you can't control what they do and how they behave.
There were 10 of us travelling and we only stayed for one night as we transitioned to a holiday home. And overall experience was fantastic. Beds were super comfy and loads of space for all three rooms we had booked. clean, cool and comfy. We also booked for the island night and had breakfast and all was just right for us, we really enjoyed our stay. But the real stars was staff, everyone was super friendly and made you feel welcome.

New Zealand- lack of parking - some restaurant staff were too grumpy - lack of info regarding things to do in the local area - would’ve been great to know info such as when the markets are open and where, what activities are available both in and out of the resort, and would have been a bonus to have a list of other car rental places in the area - so one has more than just the in-house car rental company (which never seemed to have vehicles available) to choose from - lack of some room amenities - would have been nice if rooms had a microwave - would be good if rooms also had a ‘clothes horse’ - to dry clothes in your room as paying for a drier is expensive if you’ve only got a little bit of clothing to dry

New ZealandKids club but they address the issue of letting my child go and no one was in our room therefore found her distressed out side the room the manager dealt with this and the staff responsible. The fact that when I made the booking for the AB table it was not done or the staff were not fazed by this it annoyed me! The snorkeling gear was faulty or there was not enough of it there was a slim chance of getting workable gear, next time we will bring our own. Some of the activities at the activities hut did not go ahead orientation, market day - the staff member seemed really uninterested Keano?
Kids club stuffed up but addressed our problem straight away. Breakfast was fab although I made a booking of the AB table two mornings in a row as the first morning I booked it someone was sitting there and the same the second morning the other mornings I just got up earlier to secure the spot - that annoyed me a little. Dinner menu unfortunately I have a really fussy child and there was nothing suitable on the dinner menu for her - plain is what some 8 year old kids like. Room was adequate for what we needed.
