Staff were awesome and very friendly, food was delicious, altogether awesome place to stay!

One reception staff member was prickly and unhelpful. For example, as we were two friends travelling together, not a couple, we asked that the king bed be separated into twin beds (it had separate bases), and initially staff said they would arrange that. When it hadn't happened by the next day, we asked again, when the unhelpful person was on duty, and he said they couldn't do that. I complained that we had been advised it could be done and the alternative was for one of us to continue sleeping in the child's bed (significantly shorter than a normal bed, even though advertised as a normal single). However, by the third day it was done. He was similarly unhelpful on another occasion.

The location was very good - on a lovely part of the beach (wider than most of the adjacent beach areas) and not too far from activities occurring a few kilometres either side. Our room was comfortable, with a direct water view (as they all have) and we appreciated things like an iron and ironing board, basic kitchen facilities (although a microwave would be a good addition), toiletries, deck and beach chairs, snorkelling gear (not that we used it), water shoes, kayaks (even though we didn't use them either). Most of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was quite adequate and the main eating are overlooking the beach was a lovely setting.

The most stunning location on the island, straight out the door into the lagoon and most beautiful water you can imagine with the ocean breaking over the reef in the distance. Staff are lovely and the room was very comfortable including the bed. Aircon to boot!

Fabulous hotel, right on the beach, lovely spacious rooms, with air con, clean. Comfortable beds, nice reataurant with excellent staff, conveniently situated. Loved our stay and so happy we chose this hotel

I had to come home

A short walk to the water and you're snorkelling. Good spots to photograph the fish who are everywhere. The staff are fantastic. They all great you whether you're at breakfast or after happy hour. . Evening meals are huge so we were all sharing our plates. There is also a walk on the bench to Charlies for good food and music.

One towel had a stain on it. The T.V didn’t work properly. The toilet pressure was terrible, and flushing was difficult. We were sent away when we first arrived because the booking information was incorrect.

The location was a high and a low. There wasn’t a huge amount right on the doorstep, a couple restaurants in close walking distance and one place for lunch with beautiful gardens. We were happy walking the 45mins to Muri Beach to start but then got a bit tired, there is an easy to use bus around the island just make sure you sync up with the schedule! We also missed not having access to a swimming pool with it being so hot and not always wanting to get salty in the sea. One day we went to the sister Moana Sands Lagoon Resort for a massage and to use the pool which was lovely.

We really enjoyed our stay, appreciated the quietness being a bit further from the hussle and bussle of Muri beach. The onsite restaurant was sensational, favourite place we ate even compared to the top rated French Polynesia restaurant next door (make sure you try the Ika Mata wontons). Staff were super warm and friendly and always there to help. We had a ground floor room and loved being about to walk straight onto the beach, snorkelling right outside was awesome, loads of fishes and coral and some of the other guests even spotted a turtle and ray!! The current was a bit too strong to enjoy using the kayaks unfortunately but imagine it would be better at a different time of year.

Beautiful views from the balcony and stretch of water to swim. Room was great, clean and functional. The hotel has a great on-site restaurant and others are in walking distant for other options.
