Nothing. It was perfect

The location was perfect! Close to everything. Right next door to night market and snorkels and kayaks available. Staff were great..totally recommend 👌

Kitchen utilities are in poor condition. The water in the shower is scorching hot, by turning on cold water the shower head loses all pressure.

Great location. Just a few meters away from a convenient store, a big food court, many bars and restaurants. Clean garden and beach premises. Free paddle boards and kayaks are awesome. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

The provide breakfast was the biggest disappointment - store loaf bread with minimal butter and jelly an adequate juice. Their bikes are in poor condition - essentially fixed gear. They could also use more 2-person kayaks. All that said, we are glad that this place was our choice of accommodation.

Arguably the best accommodations in Rarotonga. It is just maybe 100km down the beach from the highest priced accommodation on the island but far less crowded and with better beach access. The beach seems to go on forever. After our wanderings about the island, there is no place I would rather stay. Our bungalows was essentially right on the beachside with all of the amenities included ( bikes, kayaks, standup paddle boards, breakfast, washing machine, fully equipped bungalow). The staff is incredibly helpful. The hotel is next door to the Muir Night Market and a convenience store is closely.

Hard to fault

Property is located right on the beach in one of the most scenic parts of the Island. All amenities were up to expectations and the hosts were very accommodating. When our flight was delayed 7 hours they allowed us to stay in our rooms at no additional cost.

We loved our accommodation and location near restaurants etc however we like swimming and found the lagoon to be a little shallow- it was perfect however for kayaking/ SUP - we did however have the bikes and ride to a beach down the road which was deeper

Bed a little firm but that’s just me.

Beautiful spot to stay, 10 metre walk to the waters edge. Ample sized villas, everything you need to be self contained if you don’t want to leave the stunning white sand beach.

It would be nice if they were to prep the beach area daily, clean the beach and put a few lounge chairs on beach.

The air conditioner was high up in the bedroom and the cool air barely made it into the living areas. Perhaps a vent above the bedroom door would help. The bathroom door was broken so couldn’t close it from the outside.

Whilst there was no bar or restaurant onsite there were cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, night market and bars close by and the unit had a well set up kitchen. It had a relaxed vibe, EXCELLENT location for snorkelling in the lagoon with turtles and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The deck overlooking the water was awesome!

Air-conditioning only in the bedroom area but we kept door open and closed up rest of studio and the temperature was cool enough.

Breakfast was basic but we knew that was going to be the case. Free fruit available daily in the office. The passionfruit were delicious. Superb location. Walking distance to most activities. Night market next door but not evan loud. Loved our stay.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. We would definitely Re book. Reef safe sunblock is best, we didn't have any. Maybe something they could offer at reception? Also our sunblock made the pool a bit milky (sorry pool maintenance) so maybe Reef safe sunblock might help with that too.

Loved the use of stand up paddle board, kayak, snorkeling gear and reef shoes. The continental breakfast was perfect. You really couldn't have asked for anything more... yummy cereal, toast and selection of spreads, plus fresh fruit available at reception to help yourself. Loved the daily message board for things to do and weather and other info. Easy access to the pool and Lagoon. Even though we had checked out there was still a homely area we could hang out until our transport came for airport. Excellent clean pool also.
