The food in the resort was the worst we had on the island, poor quality, breakfast particularly was very limited. No vibe at the bars or restaurants, had to keep asking for music and they shut so early

AC in the room did not work properly and we were extremely disappointed with the breakfast. Very little and very humble offering. For $24 per person for breakfast, I would imagine a slightly better range of food than cheap ham and cheese and off-cut fruit. The overall quality of food in the restaurant is not a good value for the money.

The view and location were fantastic. Staff were friendly, but on some occasions not very professional. The rooms and the venue were always clean.

There is a swim up bar, however most of the time you don't get attended to, long waits. The music that is played at the bar is sad and depressing, which made us not want to be at the bar at all - Plain radio would of been better even. Its such a pity as it is really a lovely area, however there is no vibe at all - area was empty 90% of the time that we stayed there that week, which is pretty sad for a adults only resort I expected more effort, vibe, feeling to actually make people want to stay and enjoy the pool area. Also cocktails were inconsistent - depending on who made them for you, some that we bought we didn't even drink were so bad, yet same cocktail made by different bar person was absolutely delicious. Food - I would give a minus 1, we tried on 3 different occasions to order food and each time it was not good - however sister resort next door the food was good, and cocktails were always on point.

Food was average at the resort - kinda need to head out for meals but that was it really everything else was lovely

Loved the marine reserve right outside your door so was able to swim with a turtle and a moray eel for a little while which was amazing! Friendly lovely staff and cocktails are amazing! Lovely gardens and pool area to relax!

The food was a downside. Dinners were overcooked. Cold food on serving. The continental breakfast was poor, very basic. We wanted to stay in a place with a good breakfast to set us up for each day, but we were let down. And spent $$ elsewhere.

Loved the private, sheltered, quiet beach. The room overlooking the beach. The peace of an adults only resort. The friendly staff. The pool area. The well maintained grounds.

The shower drain smelt like rotten eggs/ horrible. It was so unsavoury especially being right next to the bed.

Transfers to and from the airport should be included. Food was not up to scratch from my previous stay. A huge list of unavailable menu items... not good. Internet was a real problem. Sanctuary WiFi could only be accessed at the resort, then when we purchased Vodafone WiFi, we had to go out to the gazebo in the wind for it to work. Had to complain about the noise in the pool from guests at 3am.. security should be onto this before guests are disturbed.

The staff were excellent, The location amazing. The room was amazing. The massage was lovely. Loved meeting the team at the Resort Managers reception.

All the staff very friendly. Good to be able to go between the sister resort The Rarotongan. Spectacular views and sunsets and fantastic snorkelling.
