The bed was a bit big for the room.

It was very comfortable and had character. The rooms were well furnished and the art work in the common rooms was tasteful and interesting. The beds were great. Breakfast was very good. My room had a desk and chair which was great for work. My friends did not so you should request that if important. The Wi-Fi was also good

The breakfast was very good and abundant. Due to Covid it was brought to our room.

Room’s floor was a bit dirty. Breakfast very limited.

Staff was great, check in was fast and easy. The building is historic, so do not expect any “holiday inn” like facilities but it gives you a bit of the town’s spirit which would indeed become one of the good experiences.

There was no one at the property when we arrived. I rang the bell three times and stood there waiting. I had to proactively make a call to the number that appears on Booking and they sent someove over to open the door. This can be quite unpractical for someone that just wants to get to their room.

The room was very lovely, very romantically decorated and cozy. The bathroom was really clean and I loved that the room had a mini fridge in case you wanted to help yourself to any chocolate or drinks. The place was safe for our car (that we had to park on the street) and it was within walking distance of several restaurants. Location was excellent for what we wanted.

The place was super clean, that was very nice. The view was amazing, the area is very nice and quiet. All staff very friendly, easy check in and check out. Delicious breakfast to the room was a plus. I totally recomend this place, amazing!

DO NOT STAY HERE. On arrival the owner asked if we would like him to charge us through booking.com. We preferred to use a credit card and agree the amount there and then but he pretended to not be able to (we later saw several credit card machines in the office). All we could do was to confirm a price verbally to ensure it did not include VAT, which foreigners do not pay. Over a week later we were overcharged approxinately 35 US dollars - around 22% higher than agreed, thus including VAT and a further overcharge. Neither the hotel or parent company responded to messages to refund appropriately. Booking.com should not allow hotels to charge more than the agreed price, and have not satisfactorily handled our request for assistance. As well as underhand practices, further reasons not to stay include the reletively expensive price; no 'do not disturb sign'; checking of the room when we left; and, a pretty poor breakfast in which you were given no choice in what fruit, jam, egg or coffee you were given.

It is hard to like anything when you are lied to and stolen from by the owner.

When we arrived to the Hotel there isn't comun toilets and the reception was poor , another thing I felt little cheated because I didn't see before in booking that I need to pay the 19% of Taxes (IVA) for me I think it will be better if the accomodation include everything, the breakfast was good enough, however there is a small fridge with staff very expensive , while it could be better the fridge empty and we can buy staff in supermarket for us is more conveniun for keep it. Thanks a million

I like the bedroom, in my opinion is a pretty big accomodation with a good bathroom and shower.

Next to the Hotel there are many bars and discotheques, the weekend we stayed there with had difficulties sleeping due to the loud music until 3.00/4.00 am.

Location is good, building is beautiful and well decorated.

For us, it was fine, but some people might find the location a bit hard to walk up to, as it’s on a hill, but by the same token, it’s the better part of town. We loved it.

Loads of charm, very clean, the young man at the front desk is super friendly and really goes out of his way to help guests.
