The sliding train car style bedroom doors are a bit loud.

The photos don't do it justice. Our cabin's view was incredible and the location is very convenient. We loved being able to come back after visiting the park to relax and watch the sun set over the mountains. We also highly recommend going to dinner at Pampa Lodge. We ate there three times because it was so good and great prices (walking distance from the cabins). The cabin was the perfect home base for our stay.

Beautiful views, although it was a bit rainy when we were there. The owner is so nice and easygoing. Cabins and everything we needed, comfortable and great value compared with all the other options in the area.

The house wasn't as clean as I normally like. There was dust and hair on the shelves in the bedroom/bathroom, and the kitchen wasn't the cleanest. The wifi didn't work at all, which would've been fine had we known going into it (you're there to see nature, after all), however the listing mentioned working wifi so we all expected to have it. It made hike planning and troubleshooting a bit more difficult.

The location can not be beat! Within minutes of the Serrano entrance of the park, and the views from the house itself are amazing. The host was also friendly and kind. It was also very cost effective compared to other options near/in Torres Del Paine.

Fantastic location for exploring the park. The views from the property were superb both from inside and from the veranda. The owner lives on site and was very responsive to any requests. The Wi-Fi was great which was an unexpected bonus. Thoroughly recommended.

Roberto and his wife were excellent host, so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The cabin is very secluded and with a wonderful view of the volcano and river. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

We thought our cabin would face Torres. Instead we faced the mountain to the west and the river. But this turned out to be a more private and peaceful spot. The shower was very tiny.

Would have been better to include a photo of the second bedroom - we were surprised that there were 4 bunk beds instead of on bog bed. Or add it to the description. The kitchen wasn't much equiped and didn't have many apliances, not a toaster, not a coffee maker, just a french press kettle.

The location is perfect, right outside the serrano entrance to the park. The views are amazing from the apartment and the beds were comfy! The host lives onsite so is super responsive to all needs. We couldn't have asked for a better property for our family vacation.

It seems like the apartment is a little old as the water and heating stopped a few times. The hosts were always very responsive and fixed things quickly though.

Running a generator starting at 8am to 10pm wasn't the nature sounds I was expecting. Internet didn't work well which isn't the host fault but still dissapointing for the price paid.

A slight issue with our check-in, but resolved quickly. One morning, the water stopped working for about an hour, but it was fine after that.

Shower leaks a bit, and condensation from toilet soaks floor after steamy shower, but cracking a window helped. Bathroom should be equipped with a toilet 🪠 so we didn't have to ask for one.

Amazing location and view. Great hosts, beds and bedding so comfortable and clean. We woke up every morning to a spectacular view from the bed of the master bedroom and the living room. We would stay here again, wonderful!

There were repetitive problems with the heating and hot water. The flush on the toilet was not working properly. We were provided with 1 toilet roll for five people.

The views were incredible. We were upgraded to a different house with a beautiful view of the mountains! Owner was ready to help when we had a problem.
