As I mentioned before, my only complaint is that I wish I could've been able to stay a bit longer!

It was great! The rooms were very clean, the view was superb and the staff was very nice. Not to mention the location, just a few meters from the shopping mall. Sadly I didn't get to enjoy the breakfast because my flight was too early in the morning. Nevertheless, I will most definitely stay again at this property when I have to travel. Very recommended.

Breakfast was incredible, great assortment. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful, they helped us with a reservation for Luna Bar. The room was very comfortable and had a fun layout. Will definitely stay there again.

The cleaning wasn’t too good, my socks were inside the bed after the cleaning, they didn’t change the sheets and wasn’t very clean, but the rest was perfect

You might need to be careful with the cabs that park right outside the hotel… they are known for over charge tourists, so I recommend to use the hotel help in order to catch a good cab.

The hotel is perfectly located at one of the most convenient places in Santiago, which is Costanera Center. Great views from the bar, and from the room too. The room was extremely clean, and the personnel was absolutely nice.

Every night at 4h30 someone from the staff would bang the door next to me and wake me up. Also you can hear the footsteps in the corridor and upstairs. Breakfast didn’t have many healthy options.

Restaurant staff were not friendly. There was no one to carry our luggage. Breakfast was ok: it is nice they have a la carte options, but the buffet food is limited and not tasty.

Comfy, large beds. Spacious room. The location was great with direct connection to the shopping mall and a bunch of things nearby, including a metro station.

Very unstable water pressure with the shower. I’ve been here 2 times in 2 different rooms there there’s this same issue where the shower would switch between very cold and very hot water, made the showers very uneasy. Breakfast buffet is the exact same everyday, please, bring in other cuisines like Chinese Vietnamese Japanese, make everyday different!

Clean everywhere, no skin allergies after sleeping in the bed for 2 weeks. Location is convenient, mall right beside.

Air-conditioning in the room follows the temperature outside. When it’s a hot day, setting the Aircond to min temp does not help, still stuffy. The water temperature and pressure from the shower is not regular, it keeps turning extremely hot and cold by itself. Housekeeper did not change new bedsheets every few days, they were the same throughout my 2 weeks stay. Variety at breakfast buffet is extremely limited and the same everyday, gave up dining there after few days.

hot water was dirty, noisy bar downstairs, and I booked a king bed gave me a two full size bed,I have my breakfast included but don’t show … by the way the breakfast was poor.

They let us know our rooms were available but we would have to pay $40 a room to enter since we got there an hour and a half before check in. after 24 hours of travel we were exhausted, but told to walk around the mall to kill time. I had requested early check in when I booked. Just say the rooms aren't available. It made the whole stay feel crappy right from the start.
