On arrival, we had two bottles of water, but they were not replaced daily. Also, there were two coffee capsules which we used on the very first day, and no one added new ones throughout our stay. Little touches, but they count; otherwise, I would give it a 10 out of 10.

Brilliant location within walking distance of lots of tourist attractions. The hotel was spotless, and I think the rooms are very well isolated as I could not hear the people next door. Very tasty breakfast, and also I consider it a huge plus having a restaurant on-site that serves great food.

The breakfast space is not big enough to accommodate all the people, so you spend a lot of time from your morning just trying to get a table. And they take a lot of time to re stock things like coffee.

The rooms were a bit small for me.

The hotel is pretty new and is almost full all the time. Everything is clean and well maintained. But please note that there is a apartment section and hotel section. So carefully note what you are booking. I saw the photos of the apartment so assumed that all the rooms were like that. The basic rooms are very small so I was surprised. Jose at the bar and cafe was very helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to help us.

We ordered in the restaurant on the first night because of late arrival. Service was really slow and we had to send the food back. The steaks were over cooked and chewy. They did offer to cook again but with the delay it was just too late so we skipped food.

Second time there. Very clean and modern hotel. Good quality in bed and linen. Nice and safe area. Free self-service laundry. Flexible and very professional staff, speaks english as well. I recommend the excellent breakfast.

One minor thing: The location feels safe and there are lovely restaurants within walking distance (plus there’s a restaurant at the hotel), however it is a bit further from the main attractions of the city. So the best way to explore would probably be by metro.

All perfect! Almasur Providencia is a new building. My room was clean, huge and had modern design.
