Almasur hotel offers an increíble team of hotel staff. I was delighted to meet Carlos Gonzalez and Jose Luis del Real who welcomed me to the property. The staff, facilities, safe location have so much to offer a solo traveler or those traveling with family. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to staying in Santiago.

They have a coffee machine, however they only give you the “complementary” capsules on your arrival, also water. So if you stay for 15 days you get 2 capsules. If you stay for 1 day, you get two capsules. I felt the staff a bit lost when I wanted to extend for more days… they still have a lot to improve.

The price is a bit expensive, and breakfast is not included in all reservations.

The room is spacious, the desktop is good for working, the bathroom was well equipped, and the shower does not create water pools in the bathroom.

The hotel didn’t offer a place to fill water bottles, which is fairly important in Santiago. When we stayed, our room’s keycard wasn’t working, so someone from the front desk had to come up and let us in every time we left the room. Otherwise, the stay was good.

This property is in a more upscale neighborhood with fairly close access to public transportation and food options. The hotel itself feels newer. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was large. The breakfast was not amazing but it had many options. The room had a nespresso machine.

I don't know why I need to fill out 60 words to say that there is absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel. The location is spectacularly good, and the staff is out of this world.

I am slightly scared of providing a good review because I don't want this fantastic hotel to be overbooked and then it will be super expensive. But there is literally nothing I could say that is bad about this hotel. The room was gorgeous, the building was fantastic, it had everything I needed from USB connections to charge my phone to controlled temperature in the room, to a robust desk, to wonderful water temperature and pressure to shower. This hotel is spectacular and the staff always goes above and beyond the call of duty to make your stay comfortable. I will stay here again.

I had a room for disabled people - no desk, open shower. Fortunately I am not physically disabled and I missed the amenities that a normal room has (I have stayed at the hotel a number of times before).

STAFF: Fabulous! front desk extremely helpful with everything, especially my lack of Spanish. Their English was excellent, they were personable, considerate and provided lots of options. In breakfast area, the table busser was also a joy to converse with, his English was excellent and though he was busy, he was kind enough to answer my many questions LOCATON: close to bus, and within 5-10 walk to subway, restaurants, shopping. FOOD: Breakfast was superb! Lots of options especially for those with dietary restrictions. ROOM: Immaculate, modern, comfortable. Shower was fantastic!

The shower needed to have something to prevent slipping. The complimentary coffee pods and bottles of water were welcome, but they were for only one day! We had breakfast only once, but the food seemed plenty and good, with many items to choose from, including fresh fruit.

The friendly staff was very good. The room was very well taken care of daily and the towels were replaced. The bathroom, although small, was quite satisfactory.

It should have a gym. In the first day we noticed some long hair in the bathroom of one of our bedrooms.
