This is a very special boutique hotel located in a privileged position on the lakes. The views are spectacular from all main guest areas. The staff are very helpful and the food was good.

The spa needs a complete overhaul. No one told us the jacuzzi and hot tub weren’t working and the outside bit of ppl was dirty. Tired looking.

The restroom window was so difficult to close! it was too high. There was a lot of noise at early hours or at rest hours in a wareroom near my room

A little run down but the staff and location with lakeview more than made up for it.

Excellent lakeview with beautiful sunset. Nice walk past marina to downtown Pucon with lots of food restaurants and cafes and shopping.

No tea/ coffee making facilities nor in room fridge

Cool 70s architecture with a lovely lounge in a glorious lake fronting location and a wonderful indoor/outdoor pool. Walked into a very busy Pucon (bustling peak season Chilean school holidays), although drove in the evening as it would be dangerous to walk at night given the busy road

The pool area although lovely was a little tired. The staff were lovely but on one occasion water was offered in the pool area as if it was free and we were then charged. This felt a little underhand. Otherwise the staff were excellent. We both had massages whilst there which were excellent

Breakfast was just ok. Very few options and nothing was remarkable. The service was very good, though. The restaurant closes 8:00 pm so it forces guests to leave the hotel.

The location is excellent as well as the view from the room and the property itself.

SPA communication i had a busy morning they told me opened at 11 and needed to leave by 11;30, but is it minor it was just communication, 4 days here and haven't been able to use the SPA yet...

Great room, i have used th place many times is may favorite place in Pucon. Tradition is still there, quiet, friendly. Love the place!

the indoor pool was not properly heated ( too cold for the Fall season). The communication regarding payment got lost in translation. They only accepted credit cards not debit cards. This costed me 20% more than the price given initially. I believe this is not the international stand and the hotel should make a bigger effort reminding passengers of the mode of payments. For example making payment mandatory before arrival vs charging 20% more because the traveler doesn’t have specific type of card

Amazing location. Great facility. It was a dreamed property. Fantastic Restaurant. The room was out of this world with great views -and several fireplaces.

The rooms are a little outdated. Perhaps they need to install bigger tvs. Someone was burning dry leaves, the smoke made it impossible to open the windows. The mattress is a bit too firm for my back

we stayed in a chalet that although it was beautiful, the access was not amazing. maybe the hotel could change the times they water the gardens as it made the stairs very slippery

perfect hotel to relax but very close to the Center of pucon where you can do all the activities. the hotel is beautifully decorated and every room has a view of the beautiful lake. we ate in the restaurant a couple of times and the food was just amazing every time. the staff is also super friendly and helpful. strongly recommend

Some things were in need of refurbishment.

This hotel has a unique vibe. Very mid-century modern. You could imagine Frank Sinatra and his friends sitting in the restaurant. The views were outstanding and the gardens/property beautifully landscaped. It is a very peaceful location. The staff were are very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Shower in master did not have hot water - but hotel compensated us for the inconvenience (Villa had two other showers)

A gem in Pucon. Our three-night stay at the Antumalal was a treat. We climbed Villarrica, enjoyed teh thermals, and had a massage at the hotel's spa, a great break from our 6,000-mile motorcycle tour of the Andes. The hotel is architecturally stunning, laid back, always had a fire burning at the right time, had excellent food at breakfast and dinner, packed us nice lunches for the hikes, and generally made our stay a joy. We're tough to please, would definitely return.
