Dated building, needs reno. Walk through small underground (internal) parking area to get from lobby to elevators. Room carpet was stained and old. No a/c, need to open windows but avenue below was busy/noisy for a while.

parking entrance is quite narrow and takes some skill for large SUVs to maneuver into

overall comfort, location, availability of parking, a nice restaurant, and nice staff.

There was one gentleman at the front counter that seemed to get annoyed at any question or request for help (don't recall the name but he was the only one with a long braid). Super unhelplful. The rest of the hotel staff was AMAZING. The windows need an upgrade to drown out the noise coming from the street, it can get awfully loud at night.

Overall the room was comfortable, although very outdated. It did have everything we needed for our stay and it was kept very clean every day. The breakfast was great, some variety but could probably use a little more. The hotel restaurant staff were really great and attentive. We had dinner at the hotel a couple of nights, everything was fresh and flavorful. The pool area was great, the views were incredible. Pool towels can be ordered at the front desk and are delivered to the pool area.

comfy (but slightly outdated) hotel in the hart of Puerto Montt with excellent panoramic views from restaurant. we paid extra for the breakfast and that was fulfilling. free underground parking!

The rooms are getting old, the carpet could use some cleaning as it had many stains. There´s a building nearby with permanent loud music, perhaps some rock academy of sorts, which made it somewhat noisy for the east oriented windows.

The location is very good. Breakfast had plenty of options in the buffet. Parking was very safe as it is inside the hotel premises. Room was very clean upon arrival and everyday.

5th floor president suite bathroom tub had decaying green plant substance come out while bathing. There was a pungent rotting smell. We were moved to 6th floor president suite and issue was gone. Front desk personnel acknowledged and addressed issue. But not happy how management handled it.

Front desk and restaurant staff were very helpful, friendly and professional.

the surrounding area is under construction closing access to water and a impoverished feel around it. many businesses shuttered. too many homeless and undesirable elements close by

The entrance to the parking area is too narrow and we scratched our truck. If the made it 30 centimeters wider it would make a big difference.

Breakfast was complete. Lots of delicious things, homemade cakes, a great variety of fruit and a beautiful view of the city. Our room was great, bigger than what we expected. We would definitely go back and stay there again.

Out dated. Carpet was stained and did not walk on it without sandals on. View of desolate locale. Graffiti, burned out buildings. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Location was sketchy.
