Lovely property located just outside the town centre, convenient for everything. They also offer a car rental service, but we found the service to not be competitive to similar nearby offers. Kind and helpful staff (via the shop at the entrance of the property)

At times the showers did not have hot water, but that's pretty normal in a rural area. At off-peak times it wasn't an issue.

The room was very comfortable and well-designed, with really nice kitchen facilities. The location in town was great. The staff was above and beyond in friendliness and helpfulness.

There was quite some noise which we couldn’t place where it was coming from. Bring some earplugs if you’re a light sleeper just in case.

We stayed at Toore before and after our TDP trekking. The cabins are stylish and include everything that you need (even things like olive oil to cook and Netflix to chill) and the beds are really comfortable. The personnel is very friendly and where very accommodating, we could store our bags multiple times before and after our stay. Laundry service next door which was also really good and close to the waterside, great location. Best value for money in town.

The payment is through the store in the front of the yard. The lady there claimed she can not process the IVA (VAT) exemption for tourist, and charged us the 19% IVA ( which she has to deliver to the government anyhow...)

A set of units in the back yard, close to the boardwalk. Full cooking facilities inside. No breakfast offered. The unit itself is nice,.

The hot water wasn’t working the first morning, but it was quickly fixed. The stairs leading up to the second floor unit have only one railing and there is an odd gap to watch out for between a couple of them, making the upstairs unit a poor choice for anyone who is mobility impaired.

The location was in easy walking distance of many downtown shops and restaurants, yet it was quiet and peaceful. The little kitchenette was useful for preparing simple meals. The view from our upper floor unit was great. The room was aesthetically pleasing.

Blinds are not very thick and we stayed in mid summer so the room wasn't dark at night.

Well equipped room (larger than expected). With kitchen where we prepared food to take camping. Very comfortable and quiet.

Only problem was the hot water that went from hot to cold to hot. I believe they recognize the problem and are trying to have it fixed.

Room was comfortable, staff was very accommodating - allowing us a late checkout of 12 instead of 11 as we had to wait for transportation.

Dirty towel that smelled like body odor, loud flapping metal noise that kept waking us up all night, seemingly due to poor construction. Staff did not offer anything but an apology for the noise.

This is the most amazing and relaxing place! Before heading into Torres del Paine this is the PERFECT place to stay. The location is perfect too--there was curbside parking easily accessible outside, lots of cute stores and restaurants within walking distance, a lady who will wash and fold your laundry next door...the perfect place to recharge before or after an adventure! Inside, our room was beautifully decorated and had a full kitchen and breakfast bar that we could have easily made many meals at and stayed for a few days (wish we could have!). The bed was super comfy and the room had everything we needed and more. Lots of stylish furniture and chairs to lounge on. Checking in was easy and the people that work there speak some English and were very friendly and helpful. You will LOVE it!

Excellent location, modern and large rooms with cute decor. We stayed two nights before and after our W trek and stayed in two different rooms. Both of them were very comfortable, with a kitchen area, clean and renovated bathroom. The staff was very helpful and even stayed open late for us to check in.

Awesome location and very, very cool bungalow. Everything was super clean and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. We also got in later than the check-in time, and a staff member not only communicated with us clearly but also stayed late to welcome us. The hosts also own an adorable local artisan store. Beautiful property, rooms, and staff!

I wish we could have spent more time here. My husband and I stayed only for one night after our O trek. The bed and pillows are super comfortable, the shower has a rain style showerhead, WiFi worked great, and coffee was provided (instant). Since it is an independent bungalow, we didn't hear any neighbors at night. Based on these things and the kitchenette, I could have easily stayed here a week or more. Plus it is located less than a block from the best Torres del Paine self guided trip organizers: "Hello Patagonia"

The shower water pressure in the ground floor has unit was pretty bad but manageable!

Stayed here 2 nights before and after the W hike. It was great, really nice rooms, good location, we were able to leave a bag with them during our trip. Staff helped us to book taxis to the bus station (it’s a 25 min walk if you want to walk)

The property consists of 4 cabins in the garden. The cabin we had was quite large with a kitchenette and a small bathroom. It had also a terrace with mountain and harbour view. There was a plenty of space there. The hosts were helpful. No problems at check in or during our stay. Definitely recommended.

The hand pump toiletries were a little weird and kinda broken.

Loved the design of the room! Very cozy and well equipped and quite large. The staff were extremely helpful and the heating and Wi-Fi worked great!

Very clean and comfortable large room with a balcony facing the water. Kitchenette had all the neccesities, even had a stove top italian expresso maker. bed was super comfy, great pillows and linens. Front desk helped organize same day laundry service and a taxi, very friendly. 1 block from the town centre square and many great restaurants. A perfect stay. Thanks!
