Good location in quiet area on border of Valparaiso and Viña Mar. Good view of sea and city. Managed by the delightful and helpful Macarena. Off street parking ( essential). V nice pool and hot tub. Good breakfast ( when Macarena in charge).

We booked at the last minute going in to a major holiday weekend,(Festival de Viña) and were lucky to get one of the last rooms. It was very modest, but the price was right, it was spotlessly clean, bed was comfortable, big screen TV and mini bar fridge. So no complaints, but next time we will try to book further ahead and get one of the very nice rooms at the front.

Pretty much everything. Friendly and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. Fabulous views. Nice pool, hot tub, deck. We arrived after a long day and were too tired to go out and got a very nice meal at a very good price in their comedor. Breakfast was good, very good by normal Chilean standards. Secure parking. One of the best, if not the best, boutique hotels we have stayed in.

We didn't have a car and had to rely on taxi as hotel was out of centre.in saying that once you got to know which taxi company to use and where to get it in town for the return journey all was okay, drivers never tried to overcharge and were helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We did have to use translation app but we got there with a laugh. Great views over the bay from our room balcony.

- breakfast was good - hot tub - pool - location (bus stop right in front of the door) - empanada shop around the corner - little park as well - they ve dinner and wine if you like to eat at the hotel but you can bring your own and sit outside on the deck

It would be better there's real juice for breakfast instead of bottle juice.

Lovely stay. The room is very comfortable. The building of the hotel is elegante and beautiful. The staff is very kind. The area is quiet yet right next to the center of Viña.

If I must say, nothing. Everything was perfect.

Absoluteley everything. It is like being in another planet. The staff is truly welcoming, friendly and happy, so they make you feel very comfortable. Details are everything in this house. The scents, the minibar, the amenities...A 10/10 experience. Definitely will come back.

Nothing; my stay was awesome!

Room was comfortable and perfect for a single night stay for a single guy. I would certainly come back with my girlfriend! Pool was nice, and a great view of the ocean, and the sun setting. Breakfast was nicely done, included fresh squeezed orange juice. Johnny took great care of me, and told me how to get out at night with my car, as well as back in to the secured area. I would definitely stay here again.

What a fantastic place! we stayed for 3 nights and we could easily stay longer. Everything was fantastic: everyone at the house made us feel extremely welcome since we arrived (earlier than expected. We were allowed to leave our suitcases until we came back). The bedroom was big, with a comfortable bed and a mini-fridge. We enjoyed the location pretty much as it's well connected with metro-tren, micro, collective, and Uber. The house and decoration are pretty and well maintained. We enjoyed the everyday breakfast with a wonderful view from the ocean and other hills. The swimming pool was clean as well as the terrace and garden. We really like the flexibility and support with the food as we ordered some delivery and also got good tips from the staff regarding places to visit. We truly recommend this place for an escape from the city. Special thanks to Jorge, Johnny, and every member of the staff.
