Everything was perfect! Friendly owners, beautiful views, delicious breakfast (especially the cakes), and of course an amazing view. It is a great central location for doing in town activities and exploring down the coast. Very comfortable and huge bed!

Nothing I didn’t like but a warning: the hotel is off a main road and turning into its entrance one must be careful about traffic. Also book early.

The location and view from room was unbeatable overlooking river Valdivia as it meanders to the nearby Pacific Ocean. The service was impeccable and the room comfortable. Breakfast was homemade and Kitti’s kuchen is delightful. The owners (Kitti and George) were very welcoming and helpful. I would not hesitate to return.

Cannot think of single thing.

It is well run and cared for. Owners are wonderful and ensure guests are satisfied. The location is unique and the river views from the rooms all facing west cannot be matched. It is only a few minutes from the citi of Valdivia along a river bank road to the Coast.

A small family hotel with an excellent view on the river. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. I wish I could stay there longer.

This little boutique hotel (6 rooms) has marvelous views on the river. Rooms are very comfortable, and the owners are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Valdivia and Niebla are easily reachable by car from the hotel. I definitively recommend this hotel.

We loved the location of Hotel Boutique Cutipay. It was a bit out of town and very relaxing! We had great views of the water from our room and the dining area. But close enough to Valdivia so that popping into town for dinner or sightseeing was easy.

That my stay it was way to short, I wish we could stay more.

Breakfast was exceptional, We got rainy days but even with that the place has an amazing view, very well located if you are driving, you can get anywhere in just 10 to 15 minutes and the staff was very nice, they even gave us really good recommendations on which places we could visit, it was a short stay pero I will definitely come back.

Everything. This was by far the best hotel of our road trip to Chile and one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The building is an architectural wonder and built with 300° views of the lake. Fans of Frank Lloyd Wright and other modernist architects will adore. The hosts are super kind and gave advice on day trips. Also a top quality breakfast with amazing cakes.

The owners - George and his wife - were lovely. We interacted mostly with George as his English was excellent. He had great recommendations on things to do in the local area. Breakfast was great. The sunsets from the property are amazing and last for hours during the summer.

The place is located in a little island far from the city which is great! Amazing view from the room to a beautiful river. Terrace to watch sunsets with a glass of wine. Very nice breakfast and conversations with hospitable hosts.

Everything was perfect, from the room with great view to comfy bed and bath. The owners were wonderful and the husband Jorge(George) speaks terrific English. Breakfast was excellent, again with a great view. Brewery (micro) and restaurant both next door were good too.
