Amazing location in a lovely small town with great local restaurants and scenic walks. Lovely room with a door directly out to the garden and pool. Really friendly staff who made us feel welcome. Food was delicious. Amazing breakfast included and really tasty options for lunch and dinner. Hike with Pablo was amazing and he was a great guide.

Was a bit of a challenge to find.

Very unique artistic mojo place with great ambiance. Large room/bed/bathroom with private little hottub outside. Reception very friendly/helpful. Nice/safe parking.

It is a lovely, unique special space. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. It was the perfect retreat we needed. The massage was exceptional. Truly a retreat!

The hot water in the showers doesn’t quite work well. If you do get hot water it’s a trickle.

The kitschiness was cute. The hike to the waterfalls was a nice bonus.

A minor issue: the milk was sour on the first morning but they quickly replaced it.

First, the hotel is a work of art, lovingly decorated with mosaic art, stone walls, carved wood, beautiful grounds and fountains. The rooms are large, with mosaic work, a huge walk-in shower, and a large bed. The staff is very nice, the breakfast delicious. Very good coffee. We enjoyed the hot tub, a drink from the bar, and the walk in Las Cascadas.

Entrance to property was tricky to find at first arrival. But other than that a must-visit!

Very relaxing weekend get-away during the Christmas holidays. Great breakfast. 1 hour of hot tub included. Guided walk through Santuario Cascada de las Animas with information about flora, fauna and historic events was also included, which we enjoyed very much.

A little bit hard to find: the entrance is around the corner of a small street, nowhere is it indicated, there is no road sign. There is not very much to do in the close vicinity of the hotel. But drive to Banos Morales for a beautiful hike/ hot springs/ multi pitch climbing / …

Very friendly staff. Beautiful and original hotel and big rooms with a nice outside private lounge area. Amazing breakfast with the most delicious cake ever. Included: free use of the hottub (you need to make a reservation) and participation at a excursion-hike. Option to book massages (not included in the price).

Little to no space to store or hang clothes in the room, and in the bathroom no shelves to leave our personal toiletries. Also we had issues with one of the servers of dinner service. Just with two tables, she got confused on orders and took out to the other table. She noticed and replaced the other tables order, but never came to apologize or tell us that it would take longer. Only 45 minutes after she appeared and never apologized until confronted.

The room and the general vibe of the hotel. Also, Margarita, the masseuse was awesome. Very good, knowledgeable and kind.

The vibe of the place wasn't as we accepted. the water stream in shower was weak ( got fixed after one night but still wasn't great...They had no menu for dinner ( no pricing and we had no idea what we gonna get), it was expensive and not filling...

The design of the place was beautiful, the breakfast, was good, and there was nice pool and jacuzzi
