It was a memorable stay for 1 night. Our first-time visit to Valparaiso was wonderful. The hotel was so quiet during our stay. Probably was only us at that time. The room is spacious for two, clean, and tidy. The bathroom is spacious as well. The breakfast is basic. The staff is very nice and helpful. The location is excellent for some mural streets (within walking distance) and the city center. Some restaurants are in walking distance. At night it was so quiet. I recommend the hotel for a short-stay.

Fernando and Christopher at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. Fernando provided all the insights of what to do and see in Valparaiso. Comfortable bed and pillows. Hotel in a nice location of Cerro Alegre.

The only negative was that when we made the booking, we went straight to the hotel's website, but when we booked, it took us to a 3rd party site, which added about 25% in taxes and other charges. The hotel said they did not know anything about the charges and were not a part of their fees. Lesson to be learned, don't trust that the hotel's website's booking button is actually booking directly with the hotel.

The property is delightful. The location is great, walking to all the central tourist spots, museums and restaurant. Each room is tastefully decorated. We ended up on the rooftop garden virtually every afternoon, especially for good happy hour promotions. Breakfast was good, nice selection and decent coffee. We will return.

In order to have a glass of wine, we had to buy a bottle which was more than we wanted, but very good wine. The breakfast could have provided more eggs.

Hard to find the hotel from the street - we drove past it several times. Would have been awkward if we were using our own car to explore the city as the parking area was locked - staff had to hike up to the street and then part way down the block to lock/unlock the area. But we explored the city on foot and by Uber, so this wasn't a problem for us.

Wonderfully decorated lodging, very quaint, with a very nice breakfast room. Staff helped us get our luggage to our room downstairs from the reception desk. Each room was painted with murals from a selected local artist - our room was lovely. Very safe, secured parking area.

Breakfast was substantial but it would be nice to get more fruit, yoghurt and healthy options. Coffee needed work!

Location is excellent, with lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. Decor and rooms are unique, view is great Service at the front desk is very high quality and the staff is incredibly helpful and kind.

Great location in Valparaiso, great decor, comfortable bed and room, the pool is good to cool off in, the outside patio has great views. We enjoyed many bottles of wine bought at the hotel outside enjoying the spectacular views from the garden patio. Loved our stay.

The room has access to the entrance and the lights were also in our room. The was no gel in the shower and the walls were not clean enough

A little bit of minor maintenance required in a few places, but the artwork, size of the rooms and hospitality more than made up for it.

Superb location in the best part of town for street art and restaurants. We were able to park off-street in a locked car park and received complementary wine on check-in! Great staff, with good English. We had a tasty vegetarian breakfast too.

Design of the shower room didn’t make best use of the small space available. Basin was a piece of beautiful sculpture but was not the most practical. No proper place for the waste bin. Fixed shower head only is never ideal. Whilst it is understandable that the pool was drained for the season, we booked in part because it had that facility so it was slightly disappointing not to have the use of it (or know in advance)

Beautifully restored, tastefully decorated boutique hotel with ample interior and exterior spaces to relax. Walls adorned with eclectic artwork. Impeccably furnished garden terrace. Breakfast was excellent - best we had in Chile. Plentiful fresh fruit, savoury pastries, scrambled eggs, just squeezed juice and great coffee. Filtered water was provided in the room and available on demand. Great location. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is beautiful!! The walls are covered in local art, every bedroom has its own design and the view from the terrace is lovely. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early which made such a difference after a long journey. The pool was the perfect refreshing dip after lounging on the terrace. Everything was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious.There is no bar or restaurant on site but gives you flexibility for BYOB and they gift you a bottle of local vino tinto in your room. Location is perfect for experiencing the hills and all the restaurants, cafes and art galleries. Highly recommended.

Hotel is in a beautiful historic building, and location is almost perfect. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Our room was a bit small but decorated tastefully with unique art piece from a local artist. Breakfast was very well.
