We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

ChileIn the room, I cannot control the heating. Also there's ambient music in the corridors, that you can hear while sleep. There's a lot of noise from the street, the isolation is not good. The sauna were closed, converting the casino the only amenity in the hotel. There are cheaper options with the same level on the city.
Room was OK, nice size. The breakfast were fine, with a enough variety of foods. You have a two restaurants on the same building, that is also in a shopping mall space. Free parking with valet. Finally, the charming staff were always helpful.

ChileI was confused where to park. No signals for helping me. Too much noise at night. Maybe a party beside my window. Slow check-out. The pools is small. The hotel looks a little old. First time the key was not working. Eventually we realized it’s necessary put the card in and out a couple of times to get the green light.
The bed was great. Bedroom with good curtains. Breakfast was good and the same for the staff there. The bathroom was ok. Good temperature. The staff helped me refrigerating the food of my toddler. I appreciated it a lot.

United StatesThe parking garage is three blocks away. It's very inconvenient after a long day of work, and the valet service usually doesn't work well with my work schedule. I also liked the restaurant a lot better before they moved/rebranded it.
Rooms are comfortable, but the noise from the street can be annoying.

GermanyThe hotel is situated close to a busy street, connecting to the city and highway A5. There is loud traffic of Trucks and motorcycles all night through. It is attached to a busy shopping center. Since this year the parking is chargeable (30min free) and expensive: from Sunday afternoon to Monday 7:30h 17000 Peso. Mo-Fr the Valet Parking Service is for free and works well.
Friendly personnel, well organized car-parking-service. Small Gym and terrace with pool. Rooms are quite big and have a nice view to the mountains.
