Loveliest stay! The hotel is charming, quaint and historical. The location is excellent for touring around on foot as well as dining. The front desk is so helpful and kind. We forgot our charger and they helped us out. Also, we were on our honeymoon and they made the celebration special with a bottle of sparkling wine.

The Hotel was charming, so clean, and very safe and secure. Our room was spacious, bright and clean, the bed was so comfortable and the shower perfect. The staff were absolutely lovely and so welcoming, and the morning breakfast was excellent.

Location, location, location. Walking distance to restaurants in Bellavista, the subway, Zoo, and much more. Staff hospitality was superb! They loaned us a power adapter, secured a phone charger for us, and helped us with subway access. Above and beyond expectations. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The castle was well maintained and we would recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

in the middle of the party area of Santiago so noisy until 6 am making sleep difficult. breakfast is minimal and not great. water wasn’t hot so we had cool showers no lift and we were on the third floor so had to carry suitcases

The picture on the Booking.Com site of the hotel is a bit 'off' as it 'appears way less red than in the photo! The shower pressure could have been better but water is an issue country-wide so it is understandable.

Well located in a nice area of Santiago. Plenty of eating options within 2 blocks of the hotel. The staff were universally helpful--we arrived early and were accommodated with an early check-in because the reception desk was innovative and patient. The hotel arranged 2 tours of 3 wineries and the guide (Willy) gave us an extensive history of the city as he drove. At the hotel, if you needed anything or had any questions, you were treated to a friendly person with answers!

Every time you go in and out someone needs to come with you to open the gates, which is a bit laborious.

It is an extremely cute hotel, with very beautifully decorated rooms. The staff is very kind, and they even pay attention to details such as a nice lounge where you can grab free coffee and tea, or a public transportation card that you can borrow. The area around it is very hip with lots of beautiful murals and tons of restaurants and bars.

very nice people who worked there, arranged anything we needed including ice for my knee! great location walked to park funicular and over to los condes with views of all of Santiago. short walk to Pablo Neruda home, Bella vista is a really nice area, on weekends very lively. bed was extremely comfortable coming from a picky sleeper. place as very quiet, no outside noise.

Really cool place to stay in a vibrant neighbourhood in Santiago. Amazing location right next to the funicular. Staff were really friendly and went above and beyond. Breakfast was really good with a variety of options. Rooms were really clean and bed was so comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here when in Santiago

If using the hotel's transport company, keep in mind they charge for two vans if you have a party of 4 or more. Dinner at the restaurant is very slow. We were not able to order food.

It took ages to get the hot water running in the shower. Tea and coffee making facilities were only in the lounge area. Morning coffee was cold and there was no milk available.

Breakfast was excellent. I had the cereal with fruit. Good variety of fruit and fruit juice. The bed was extremely comfortable. We had a lovely balcony with a courtyard view. The plants and shrubs were well looked after. Sergio and Andreina were excellent reception staff.

The man at receptions Desk during the night shift wasn’t welcoming at all, need to improve his soft skills to have a better customer care.

It was very noisy most of the night during both days we stayed, making it very hard to get sleep. In the last couple of years, the neighborhood had gotten much dirtier, many business have closed, and there are several individuals drinking in public areas while being incredibly noisy throught the night.

Excellent breakfast, attentive and professional staff, beautiful historical building, and very beautiful and comfortable spaces to spend time socializing (garden, balconies, 2nd floor lounge). Location was excellent to dine and sight see all within walking distance. The staff was more than willing to help us with all our needs.
