Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

ColombiaThe bed was too soft for my personal preference. Also (not related with the propety), note that on Sundays, you must return to Santiago before 8 am or after 3 pm.
The chalet's location is breathtaking, offering a spectacular view and the convenience of being just a short stroll away from the Farellones snow park. The hosts are exceptional individuals who are always on hand for a friendly conversation and impeccable suggestions regarding the weather, skiing, and the area in general. Not to mention, they serve delicious food and wine. My personal highlight was definitely the outdoor hot tub.

Brazilmy trip was to short, I wish I had more time there. hope to go back soon and enjou the hotel.
I love it ALL. I was received by the owners Dorin and Xavier, they we're just spectecular hosts. From the checkin, through the minimal details, my stay was perfect, it felt like home. the breakfast was great and custom made, also the dinner, I was asked about food preferences or allergies. We had an amazing "ofuro" and a complimentary glass of wine viewing the sunset. we were well taken care the hole time, we even received some medicines and special tea the day I got a little unwell. Dorin also gave us several tips about places to go and eat not just in Farellones but also Santiago and Valle Nevado. I cant wait to go back there and stay a little longer, planning to take my hole family. this is a must go place in Chile!

Excellent location, comfortable room and a great breakfast and dinner. Bathing in the hot tub with an extremely relaxing complimentary glass of wine
