Receptionist old lady a bit too nosy and vulgar at times, sorry ma'am, but there are things you shouldn't be asking random guests at your hostel. Chill, and keep to yourself please. Mostly she tried to be nice and friendly but there should be limits. They do not offer clothing rental.

Very comfortable beds, decently equipped kitchen. Free tea, coffee and matte all day long. Decent location close to the center, walking distance. They offer a multitude of tours. Wifi was mostly very good.

The showers+WC's and lockers are in the attic above the dorm room, which is only accessible via a winding wooden staircase that's inside the room. As someone with Vertigo and spatial awareness issues, I found accessing this area a bit difficult. That's likely not going to be a big problem for the majority crowd of serious hikers .

It was super cute and cosy. The entire staff team was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful with any inquiries. The lady who runs it was incredibly warm and really made the atmosphere feel welcoming and homely. Slept like a baby despite a lot of unintentionally noisy factors (floorboards, doors, street next to the room), because the beds were super comfy. Centrally located and everything was super accessible

Not much place to cook since everyone here is preparing their own meal . Kitchen was in outdoor, so it’s cold and windy sometimes .

All the facilities were clean and the staff were incredibly helpful. I stayed in the private boat out the back and loved how charming the cabin was. Would highly recommend!

The bathrooms are way too small and I kept bumping my head on the ceiling. Also the dorm is too small for 6 people going and coming back from a trek as we needed space. That made the experience uncomfortable.

I liked everything about the property: decorated and maintained with love, great staff, very comfortable and in a good location. I spent there only one night before my W trek, but being wiser now I should have stayed in this hostel and do separate hikes in the park when the weather allows. Once in the park, there is no way back and the weather might get extreme at times. And it’s disappointing to miss half of the trek and have paid the crazy prices for accommodations there, which happened to many when I was there. This hostel is a better option if you have time to choose better weather conditions

Beautiful designed common rooms. The old lady living in the hostal cares about everything but is also always around to "assist" you, which is sometimes a bit too much. Super friendly with taking luggage for more days Torres del Paine tracking. Nice garden to relax.

Nice room, the separated área for lockers and bathroom is great, but a little dangerous if u are not careful (stairs). Wi-Fi is great. Power sockets for each bed and they change sheets daily. Joaquim is very helpful.

The second room we stayed in was upstairs and hard to reach, far away from the bathroom,, plus there were no curtains to block the light from the windows or to have some privacy while dressing. Also not really suited for tall people.

Quirky hostel with very chill vibes. We liked that it was close to the bus station and kept our luggage safe during our trip to Torres Del Paine Staff are friendly and helpful. We’ll stay again when we’re back
