Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Ukraine1. The 2 waitresses that served the breakfast were slow and went as far as not serving us all the dishes that they have served to other tables at the prepaid breakfast. We came in the breakfast area at 8.45 am (the breakfast time was from 8.30 am) and the waitresses entered the kitchen with us ! The breakgast was served around 9.15. The other time, we entered the hotel restaurant around 9pm and found ALL the free tables to be looking dirty with lots of crumbles and gas water splashes , no table cloths were present. We passed through the dining area and left the place with empty stomach. The prices, on the other hand, are commensurate with the best restaurants in the capital of the country! Quite a shame to have such a miserable restaurant . Just be in the know when booking this place.
1. Perfect location with all rooms facing the lake. Close to all major restaurants, shops, promenade. 2. Private parking for 5 cars. 3. Clean and comfy bed. 4. A private terrace in the room facing the lake with a separate table and 2 chairs on it. 5. Comfy bathroom and 24h hot water.

United StatesMy only complaint is no air conditioning. In the middle of the summer it was hard to sleep even with the balconies doors open.
This is lovely, small, and intimate boutique hotel. The rooms are quite large and nicely furnished with fantastic views. The staff is wonderful. The restaurant on property has great food. We would stay there again.

ChileWhilst friendly staff not overly attentive had to wait a long time at front desks and triple room not made up for the three people ( towels etc). As is common in Chile , windows only single glazed so very easy to hear street and restaurant noise and blinds ineffective.
Good location with fantastic views out across the lake and to the volcano. Rooms very spacious and free on site parking a bonus.
