I had breakfast plan, after few days without issues, they put a check on table. After informing that I had a plan included, another person came to again ask, and had to recheck again which was a bit awkward. Also they never apologized for this, so this definitely could be handled more appropriate.

We loved this hotel. The vibe is so cool. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant are beautiful. The food in the restaurant was so good we ate there two nights in a row. Breakfast was in the same area as dinner with a choice of hot food, fruits, fresh squeezed juices, vegetables and pastries. The room was very large and had a huge window with super clean glass and a great view. Free parking. Highly recommend this place!

The bar stops serving food after 9pm (!) When it says that the bar is open until 11pm. This should be said when mentioning the bar times. That was not good news since I wanted to eat something light before going to the airport. The restaurant menu was not a good choice.

The sink was slow to drain, but it was a minor thing.

The location was perfect: It was close to the tallest builing in Santiago, the new large shopping mall and a Hop-on Hop off bus stop #9. It was on the street where there are other good tourist hotels that made the area safe. Welcome Pick up service (not by the hotel) took us from the airport to the hotel straight and then took us to the airport on the day when we were leaving. It was very efficient.

The restaurant in it had a waiter who was annoying, I told him that I need to hurry with my order, and he seemed to not care the less. He showed some weird unfriendly tone while attending.

I could rest good in the room, great bed quality, the rooms are spacious, and the AC in it works perfectly fine, excellent environment for a sleep. The reception and other staffs were very welcoming.

The pressure of the cold water to the shower was weak and the hot water took a long time to reach the bathroom so balancing the temperature of the water was not ideal.

Quotidian restaurant was very good. Daniel at front desk was very helpful.

Great location. Nice restaurants near by (beaware of early closing on weekends for some restaurants). Easy to get around. Great late check out policy that works well if you have a later flight. Shopping mall is close by.

There was nothing I did not like!

Indoor lounge area with the lounge seats and the bar/outside dining area were so nice. The doormen were so kind and very friendly. We were able to explore nearby malls and shops without any concern. Coffee shops galore around the area too if we wanted a change. Front desk staff was excellent; very kind. Franciesca was especially kind and was able to answer all of my questions. Another front desk staff person called a restaurant for me to inquire about lost sunglasses; they werent found but not for lack of effort. Very much appreciated! Lovely place.

The way they handle our customer credit cards was did not feel appropriate. We were in the hotel, and instead of calling us, they kept charging our credit card with security deposits (3x for 3 nights - full value of the room and extra as deposit). Also, they insist on keeping the credit card number and security code in their computer system, as they claim that is how the system works. Everything works out well, and there no issues, it's just unnecessary. I prefer to pay with my PIN code instead of being charged at random and having my credit card details stored in someone notel computers. I guess it works for them, but obviously, we have the right to mention it in the reviews as an inconvenience.

What a nice hotel in a safe area of the city. Like a really safe area of the city and really nice rooms. They have welcome drinks, which are nice, to have a proper restaurant/bar coffee or another drink upon arrival.

When I arrived minibar fridge was locked, which I think it’s pretty weird, I mean what if I wanted to consume something. I called and it took 2 days to get it fixed
