The heating is in the central room and doesn’t reach bathroom which makes taking shower not very comfortable during the cold temperatures outside. No breakfast option.

Cozy cabaña with necessary stuff on the kitchenette. Nice lake view from the side (the lake is across the road, no direct access). 5 min drive or 15 min walk to Puyuhuapi town where cafes, restaurants and shops are available.

The WiFi was tricky (which is understandable given the location, but challenging if you need to get some work done). It worked in some areas of the cabin, but not everywhere. Our door lock was broken so we could not lock our room.

In a lovely location. The view is pretty spectacular and similar to other comments, we liked that it is walking distance to the town but feels off the grid.

The bed was a little inconvenient for a tall and big men, but if you are average body size, it is good. Also, there was no hot water in the bathroom.

The true ecological cabaño with a really nice view and quiet nature around. Sunsets are amazing. There are only four guest houses, which makes this place very comfy. Kitchen has parilla, so you can buy food and cook it on the gas. The administrator was very kind and helpful. We got really nice vibe in this place.

The bathroom could use more hooks or a shelf to hang things. The down pillows gave me allergies. They do not offer towels. No breakfast. No coffee or tea in the rooms. Is a bit of a walk on a road to get to town but not too bad. The layout of the cabin is awkward with the sitting area on the other side of the bathroom.

Private cabins that seem fairly new. Perhaps they are still making improvements. Has a kitchenette and futon/sitting area. The owner sent us some tour ideas via WhatsApp. We weren't able to communicate as well because we don't speak Spanish.

No instructions on how to make TV work.

Lovely location with views directly onto the fjord. The cabins are small, clean and adequately appointed.. Most suitable for a couple. In warm weather there is plentiful outdoor seating and tables to enjoy.

There were no bath towels offered. (Although there were kitchen towels). And there is a thermal bath there but not operational.

The cabin was very cozy and clean. And although it was on a main road, it was very quiet. Easy on-site parking and there are plenty of spaces for you to sit outside to eat your food or relax.

Host was incredibly sweet and friendly. Charming and made our stay very pleasant. Location is close to town, while still quiet sitting just far enough away.

pictures lead you to believe it’s on the water - but it’s not. you can still enjoy view. Issues we had - the cabin did not have keys - so we had to bring with us to all hikes our valuables. There was no water pressure in the faucets and we had temperature water issues with shower ( either cold or way to hot) . To add we had no towels - so the one staff person provided a big paper towel . Since we have stayed at other cabins this place has room for improvement- remoteness is not an excuse .

Moldy smell that was attempted to be covered with horrendous strong perfume sticks. Whole unit seems to be outdated, needing some renovations. Not well cleaned. Sparse cutlery. No towels.

Nice concept, great view to the lake from property. Fresh dishwashing sponge. Great hot water in the shower.

The view and location were spectacular. Close enough to town to walk in for dinner and shopping, yet far enough to fee remote. The view of the fjord is amazing. The cabana is super cuter and has everything you could want or need. And Puyuhuapi is a super cute town.
