Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Lovely old building, location is excellent. Francisco is so helpful and friendly. This hotel is quite quirky. If you like chain hotels, you may not appreciate this place.

Very personal service of the owner with good advices how to spend the day. Good price too. Nice breakfast. Definitely recommended!!

I enjoyed my stay , I stayed an extra night. Fredirico is the perfect host and the staff as well. The room was perfect with a comfy bed. Breakfast was great. The location was perfect for me. 5 minutes walk to a good area to grab a bite and shops.

ChileThe stairs because I have a swollen knee and it hurts a lot.
The place is comfy, the staff are very kind. I traveled solo and it was very nice of them to be extremely worried in case I needed whatever. I was offered a cup of glass to drink my soda, a plate to serve my food, I was asked if I had slept well and the breakfast was delicious, healthy and with many options to eat. It was a very nice stay and I would definitely go back If I had to.
