Really beautiful little place, amazing value for money. Views of the mountains from the window and a lovely array of snacks and breakfast left in the fridge. Comfy bed and great shower. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Puerto Natales!

It was a bit away from the centre of town and the waterfront, but that's not really a big deal.

I loved this place! So clean and just as I expected from the photos online. Also, it was fabulous to have a kettle and coffee maker in the room - sometimes you just want a cup of tea without having to go out, and a simple kettle seems rare here. Breakfast was fabulous also, real nourishing muesli and fruit to start the day. And how can you not love a room with a stable door.

You might hear the neighbours if they are noisy.

Fabulous hostal, perfectly clean and very recently renovated with taste. Very comfortable and beyond my expectations in the little details. Very kind staff and delicious breakfast provided in the room every day. Beautiful view from the patio. I will definitely be happy to return and recommend it!

El Establo is in a great spot between the centre of town and the bus station so very convenient if you are busing to Torres del Paine. The room is very comfortable with a good breakfast. Great flexibility for checking in and out and also storing bags while trekking.

Th sink was too short maybe only 6 inches and the faucet sprays on the counter. It would have been nice to get fresh towels every other day.

The owner is very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good.the bed very comfortable. Great location. Nespresso machine.

A decent walk to get to the centre to pick up the hire car and to the restaurants, although there are some eateries nearby.

The communication with the property was a little confusing as the emails appears to come from Booking.com but were a fraud. The manager sent. WhatsApp asking for a copy of my passport which I also assumed was a fraud so didn’t reply - hence unfortunately my bill was higher as the tax on Chile was not deducted

The room was fantastic with a really good shower and comfortable bed - the breakfast was in the room which was different but it worked and there was plenty of food

The walls are very thin, you can hear everything. Didn't help that we stayed on New Year Eve's and party next door (not the hotel guests) went on through the night! It is a bit of a walk to town however it is in between the bus terminal and town so a good location if you need to get to the terminal.

Overall very nice clean and comfortable place to stay.

It is located a little further from the hub, but I love to walk and felt safe enough, so it wasn’t a big deal.

It was very clean, had a lovely decor, very comfortable bed and was very quiet. The breakfast was excellent with all fresh ingredients, and set out in the fridge the night before for easy access at anytime.

Book it! This place was the best. We were greeted as soon as we arrived by Maren (I think) who proceeded to tell us about the town/neighborhood and places of interest. She even gave us a map and drew out routes for us to the bus station, restaurants, and shops, with recommendations! Our room was crisp and clean and the perfect distance to town. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, but Establo is just set back from the busier streets of town so it’s a little more quiet and peaceful. We asked for an early breakfast as we were setting out on the O trek in the early am, and this was accommodated no problem. Breakfast was an amazing spread (delivered to the room) and the perfect start to our day. There’s even an espresso machine and a milk frother in the room, little bits of luxury. TLDR, great place, perfect location, delicious breakfast, incredible host.

As the name of the place suggests, this seems to be a stable conversion. Which is generally cool and gives the place a lot of character. That said, an unintended side effect of the conversion is that walls dividing the rooms aren't particularly soundproof, which also meant I got woken up by the couple next door twice... On the positive side, they seemed to have a lot of fun ;-)

Very clean and nicely decorated rooms. Helpful staff. Possibility of leaving bags for the duration of your stay in Torres Del Paine (for a reasonable fee). Nice breakfast, which you can have in your room at your convenience (i.e., not tied up by any breakfast times, which is helpful). Proximity to the bus station being an added bonus.

Exceptional staff, helped us in various situations and were super approachable und sociable. Perfect location prior and after your Torres del Paine excursion. Great breakfast in the room, even very early if needed. Definitely we would stay here again next time.

Maren was great. She helped us with everything we needed, even serving breakfast before regular hours for 2 days. Room is comfortable, shower is good and walking distance to downtown and restaurants

We had a fantastic stay at El Establo! The ladies running the business were so helpful and provided food suggestions which were all delicious. The room is clean, warm, and quiet. The breakfast was very filling and well rounded. Wished we could have stayed longer!

I liked everything

When driving to property, neighborhood appeared a little sketchy but soon enough learned that many places in PN have a shabby appearance on the outside but beautiful inside. PN is very safe. This hostal is charming, beautifully decorated, lovely hostess, wonderful breakfast.
