One of the few accomodations I was happy while south America travelling for half year. I was the end of season for W trek and hostel even kept open for me after came back from the trekking. The couple of owner are genuinely warm hearted people and helping like their friends. The hostel is well located, cosy, clean and homey atmosphere. I am so appreciative of even lent me a pair of trekking shoes those my trekking so easily. Strongly recommend!

Simple breakfast, but great to have as an option. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The private room was the perfect size for two people and the common spaces were great. Amazing location too, would definitely return! Also the walk to the bus station was easy which was nice.

Really nice stuff! It was really quiete at the time, so it always Seemed fully booked, but not a lot of Noise or a lot of people in the common area. Good kitchen and very clean. They stored our luggage for free and were really helpful with all our question! We enjoyed our time there a lot

Great great place to stay in Puerto Natales. The staff is super helpful, the dorms clean and cosy, the showers hot, kitchen perfect to cook and have meals, location super practical between the bus station and city center. The breakfast starting at 5 is ideal before leaving for the park. Free storage during the trek is the cherry on the cake. Thanks for everything!

This is the best hostel to stay. We traveled from NY to Chile in mid Feb. Super clean and well kept. The staff is amazing and friendly, specially Camilia who was helpful and professional. They also keep your luggage during the trekking. 5 min walking distance from a bus station. We will come back for sure. I recommend this hostel 200% out of 100. Book it now!

Great hostel, good location a few minutes walk from town. We left our bags there when we went to go hike Torres Del Paine national park and they kindly had them waiting for us when we returned. Nice little touches and lovely team.

Breakfast wasn't that great, just coffee, cereal and bread. Their rental prices was a little high, I ended up renting sticks from Yagan House down the street. People tended to be quiet and stuck to themselves there, not super social for solo travelers.

Location and staff were great, everything was really comfortable. Love that they make it easy to store your things when you head to Torres del Paine for awhile.

Breakfast was nothing special, but overall experience was great!

Highly recommend El Patagonico for anyone visiting Puerto Natales and especially if you are going to Torres del Paine, since it is super close to the bus station. The staff is really helpful and even let us keep our bags for one night while we went to TDP and slept overnight in a camp there. They also helped us rent some hiking equipment. Nice community feeling and good, clean rooms.
