ChileI would improve the lunch and dinner menu. The offer is not at the level of the hotel. In addition, there are more offers for water sports (they only offer kayaking and they are paid separately)
Remodeled hotel, good facilities, clean, good size rooms, friendly staff, extraordinary location. It has a nursery for children, which is a very good idea to complement a family stay. The breakfast buffet was the best, very wide variety and quality.

ChileYou should be allowed more than one towel for the pool. They take your room number so it shouldn’t be an issue to return them. When check out comes it would be nice to still have access to the pool since the bags are in custody. Not much to do with so much heat. AC is very important in the restaurant. The weather is so hot that it makes the pleasure of enjoying a restaurant a horrible one when you don’t stop sweating.
Price was great and the location.

Amazing place, very caring staff. Once again only one person spoke English, which seems like a huge missed opportunity. It wasn't spotless, but clean enough to not care, room was nice, food was ok. Didn't use the gym/spa/pools.

ChileWe have stayed at other Enjoy hotels and this is by far one of the worst experiences we’ve had. The breakfast was average. The sweet pastries were old and not fresh at all. They seemed off every single day. We stayed 4 days and never got new blankets, it was always the same blankets. There were also many things that didn’t make sense, for example, if you were going to the gym you had to bring your towel from the bedroom, even though they had towels for the swimming pool right there. It literally made no sense to only hand out towels for the pool but not for the gym, which is super inconvenient because the pools and gym are in a different building so you literally have to walk outside rain or shine. The staff also isn’t very friendly, we asked for towels at the counter and they told us we should use the ones from our rooms because that’s “just how things work in this hotel”. The bed wasn’t that comfy either and didn’t even have a headboard. Which we found strange for an Enjoy hotel. We don’t think the room is worth the price at all and would not recommend it to our friends.
The only major positive is the view to the lake which is stunning and is by far the best view in town.

PolandLifts very tiny, outside table dirty and not serviced. Indoor pool for adults only so not great for a family trip. Access to the beach closed, you have to exit hotel through main entrance and walk around to access the beach from public entrance. Horrible reception staff and overall check-in was a disaster.
Rooms were very clean, modern, beds comfortable. Breakfast was OK.

United StatesThe room we stayed in the first night had the most horrible smell coming from the bathroom like an open sewer. We had to close the door all night and that helped. We told the hotel and were given a new room for the second night. The second night which was a Monday night had a group of 20 or so people outside partying on the hotel patio until around 12:30am. This was not cool since trying to sleep though this was impossible, and we were driving 11 hours that nest day. We did call the front desk and on the second call at around 12:30am they finally moved them from outside in front of everyone's rooms. But seriously a little respect for the other guests on a Monday night. The hotel also makes you wear a plastic wrist band to access the breakfast buffet and other things. Which was uncomfortable to wear, especially at night, and we ended up cutting it off and was not asked for it anyway. Why have this ?, it was annoying when you could just show your room card - I've never seen this before except concert venues.
The rooms and bed were very modern and amazingly comfortable. The breakfast buffet was breathtaking. The views from the room incredible. The help with bags on arrival made you feel like you were royalty.

United StatesI have to say was very disappointed about they Didn’t have a Towel for the pool yes unfortunately we trying the first day to go to the pool and there was not towels then next morning by 11 am again they didn’t have towels so we have to seating in the launchers with out a towel this really broke me down the response from the hotel was they will be here by 6 pm then was they will be here by 2:30 , so this was crazy unbelievable a hotel with out towels make me think about to back again.

ChileThere was a lot of noise in the hallway, even during the night. We called the staff, but to no avail. The restaurant food is outright bad, I recommend eating on any of the venues outside of the hotel.
Breakfast was good, the spa pool was very nice and the view was awesome. The receptionist and staff were polite and helpful.
