Cleanliness left a bit to be desired. Room hadn't been swept or vacuumed so there was detritus on the floor. Curtains did not fully cover windows, so light was a problem at night.

Communication with most staff in English was problematic.

Location in the heart of Providencia area is great. Breakfast buffet is high quality and with great selection. Comfortable room. Internet is reasonably fast. Exotic antique elevator.

I’ve stayed here a few times. The facilities are starting to look worn. The rooms and lobby need to be refurbished, or it will be hard for it to compete with the newer hotels in the area.

The room and breakfast were very good, the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is okay depending on which way you go out the door. It is also close to the subway which is easy to use to get anywhere you want to go.

There were some restaurants nearby but depending on which way you walk when you leave the neighborhood was not the best for tourists. But close to the subway to get to other parts of the city so as long as you are comfortable navigating around it is fine.

Hotel was nice and clean and friendly staff. One woman at the desk in particular was very helpful. The breakfast was very nice.

No place to park a bicycle in front of the hotel. My daughter visited me by bike and she could only lock it around a palmtree in front of the hotel.

Although close to vibrant roads and city places, the location is very quiet. The rooms are spacious and windows can be opened. Breakfast is better than the average Chilean Hotel breakfasts, although if all seats occupied it took a while to refill the buffet. If you are in a hurry, such situation produce discomfort. If not, does not matter. Hotel Taxi service with competitve price and spacious cars - recommended. Metrostations or Costanera Center are in walking distances.

We started with other type of room that I was booked. In the second night, I suffered a severe leak in the bathroom and then in the new room a cut off of the light. This kind of random events is something that can happened, but no one likes to have it in the middle of the night. Anyway, the staff try to solve the solution in efficient and polite way. Other main problem is that the sector is noisy and the windows are thin.

The staff were friendly and the administration responsable to assume the problems. It is well located.

On arrival we needed to wait for an extra 40 minutes because the room wasn't ready. The staff didn't seem to care much. Although the location was good the hotel was very basic. The breakfast was a disappointment. If you are a vegetarian or vegan it's almost no options. The fruit section was empty and even the juice was the cheapest option you can buy in Chile. Didn't reflect the price of the hotel. One night is ok but not value for money.

Location wise you are not near anything from a. Tourist perspective. Limited on restaurants/bars so you will need to taxi.

Breakfast had a good amount of options. And the staff were very helpful and friendly! Felt relatively safe in the area too.

I had several problems with my room. There was an infestation of beetles in the window frame, which started flying into the room when I opened the window. The staff tried to get rid of them, then suggested not opening the window at all during my stay. The bathroom door was falling off it's hinges, but was repaired after the manager came to see it. I was never offered a discount or a change of room. There were also little things that made this hotel lose points - no flannels; they washed the bathroom with bleach and sprayed bleach on my flannel, permanently discoloring it; writing paper was provided in the room but no pen; towels were changed daily, despite them being hung up after use (seriously, who needs freshly laundered towels every day?); no instructions on how to set up the safe; no tea/coffee making facilities in the room; no dairy-free milk at breakfast. Expected more for the price.

The best thing about this hotel is it's location - in a really nice safe area close to lots of restaurants and shops, but down a side street so it was quiet at night. My room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. The staff were lovely and helped with the problems in my room, and got me a taxi to the airport. Breakfast was fine - a reasonable continental selection but let down by the lack of non-dairy milk, which is pretty standard everywhere nowadays.
