We liked everything

This facility is managed by her owner. She is excellent. She tested us in the morning to ask arrival time. She was waiting for us and checked us in. We had rented a car and she had a spot inside the facility for our car so we did not have to park street side. The room is great only 2 years old. The breakfast is amazing… everything perfect.

When we think of it , there wasn' t anything we did not like. Maybe to get used to . The breakfast was sometimes not clear how it works. for example if we felt like to have eggs whom to contact .....but nothing that cannot be solved.

It is located near the center but very quiet . The host was very relaxed and friendly and so were the employees. We rreally liked the dogs . We had a beautiful room with a great view towards the Volcano and fields . It was really amazing this placed calmed us down after a stressful year of work.

Better notify host on arrival time well ahead so they are better prepared to receive you.

Spacious room, good environment with garden view, very helpful and flexible on-site staff and host, comfy bed, good shower, good breakfast. Kitchen does not lock so you can always access to water and fridge. Convenient location, few minutes walk to town centre.

Nothing it was amazing

Amazing hotel ! Just what we needed in Atacama! Clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was great and staff were so friendly. Special shout-out to Klause who was an incredible host. Helped us with everything we needed and answered all our questions. Even was able to help us with our intimate and tips of day trips. Thank you for making our experience so wonderful.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

The property is beautiful and very close to town, and the staff are amazing and lovely. Our room was spacious with a balcony, the beds were very comfortable and there was a decent breakfast every morning. Hammock under a canopy of trees gave it an extra touch.

We should have taken the offer and parked our rental car in the gate, we left it on the street and it was involved in a hit and run.

The location is a short walk to the many shops and restaurants around San Pedro. That being said, it still feels like a peaceful getaway in the busy Oasis. Klaus was very helpful, and the rooms were very clean!

The breakfast was quite simple, would have loved if there were some more options (for instance eggs). Otherwise everything was perfect.

Supercozy place in a beautiful quiet corner of San Pedro with nice views. Clean, modern rooms with comfortable beds and hot water in the shower. Klaus who run the place was extremely helpful and flexible with check in and checkout. A good place to rest between tours (in the nice hammocks in the garden) and to have a chat with other travelers.

The pillows

It was a bit noisy at night time.

The lodge itself is really nicely decorated, there's an amazing view from the balcony in the room, really comfortable bed, great shower, really good breakfast, pets, and Rodrigo the host! Staff go out of their way to make it a great experience including Aleksandr the local guide. He gave us lots of recommendations for food and drinks and a really cool history tour.

Great location on a quite street but still walkable to town. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was big and very comfortable. Overall had a good stay and will stay again.

The entire staff is very friendly. Close to the Pueblo downtown but still very quiet. Loved the dogs and cats in the property.

Great small hotel with a very personal atmosphere. Lots of opportunities to sit outside with trees and hammocks. The rooms are very clean. Rodrigo the manager tries to make every guest wish possible and gives a lot of recommendations where to eat and what to do. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would always come back.

I believe the location is a bit far from downtown, but not an issue for me. I would definitely consider returning.

As others have mentioned, there is little sound proofing. We had the doors open overnight to let the cool air in and the dogs outside are a little noisy (possibly this would be the case anywhere in the area and it was lovely to see the dogs on the property during the day).

Good location with plenty of (on street) parking and very short walk to nice bars and restaurants, staff friendly and helpful, comfortable room with great view.

Power went out twice. Second time for > 12 hours and we couldn't charge our cameras and phones for the day. They need a backup generator.

The room, the surroundings were pleasant. The bed large, linens crisp. Maid service daily and friendly staff.
