We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomCheck-in took a long time. Also, breakfast only served from 7.30, which was no good for us as we had a flight. Allow plenty of time to get to the airport as rush hour traffic was awful.
Central location. Clean, comfortable room with great view out to see. Easily walkable from many decent restaurants.

United KingdomThe bathroom was large but not especially clean and there was nowhere to hang anything. The old fashioned shower in a bath was a disappointment. We had lunch in the restaurant but were disappointed with the quality, so in the evening we eat in a local restaurant where we had an excellent meal.Overall we found the place to be all show and oretentious.
The building makes the most of spectacular views on the sea front. The room was very big with a large sitting/meeting room.

SwitzerlandObviously, the hotel is getting old. The surrounding area is quite disappointing and the entrance/reception is not very inviting. The windows of our room were very dirty. But one can imagine that it is not easy to keep everything up-to-date because of the surroundings.
we received an upgrade to a suite and this was very big and comfortable, with a fantastic view. Beds were great, bathroom OK. We had a very good dinner in the restaurant on the top floor of the hotel, which has an even better view. Overall, a good experience. Surprising given the dreary place that is Puerto Montt these days.
