Standard business hotel with good amenities. Very comfortable. Lovely, helpful staff. Close to downtown. The breakfast/restaurant view is a spectacular! Best option for a quick stay in P. Montt.

Built-in hairdryer did not work. Shower tiles and grouting need upkeep to prevent mould. For the price, some in-room coffee/tea amenities should be added and bottled water should be complimentary.

Spacious room, good central location and helpful parking and bell staff. Great shower pressure and instant hot water.

Would be nice if there was a cafe or bar where to order coffee from during the day. Heater in the room kept on tripping the fuse.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Very large and comfortable bed. View from the room and restaurant was nice overlooking the sea. Use of computers in the lounge was very helpful. Being able to store bags on arrival and departure day also very helpful.

this hotel is well located in the city center of puerto Montt, there are many restaurants in the close vicinity and it has a beautiful view to the Pacific Ocean. very recommended for a family trip.

Breakfast is overpriced and lacks variety. The room is small to serve guests and outsiders, consequently the space is crowded and noisy.

Beds and room were comfortable. Location was good, close to restaurant and costanera. easy to access by car with parking in the building

We had a room on the 9th floor, there is a restaurant on the 10th floor. Apparently there is no sound insolation between the both floors, so we heard people moving tables till nearly 1am in the night ans it started again around 7am in the morning. I doubt we were the first people to complain about it, the hotel really should do something about the issue.The next day were offered another room on the 8th floor and there were no sound issues. In the new room all the outlets didn’t have power, so we had to charge our phones and a laptop in the bathroom. Also because of that we couldn’t use a heater, but luckily it wasn’t too cold so we didn’t need it really badly. Parking is there, but there is no direct entrance from the hotel - you have to go out and carry your things a bit up. Not very comfortable when you have a lot of luggage. Also the way to the parking is so narrow that if somebody is driving you have to wait outside to be let in. Took us around 15 minutes to park because of that. A lot of small visual things, that don’t take much on the investment to get fixed, but yet are still there: outlets and plastic covers hanging from the wall, silicone on the bathtub. Then the need to use the electric heater - it’s not the level of the 4* hotel (which I believe were well deserved when the hotel as built years ago),rather something around 3, which makes it overpriced.

All the personell is very helpful and welcoming.

We had a room under the kitchen which is located on the 10th floor. Unfortunately, this is a big architectural mistake, as it's super loud which makes it difficult to sleep.

I got bitten by bed bugs. This is unhygienic and completely unacceptable. The carpet was dirty.

Hotel is located in convenient location. Receptionists were very helpful. Restaurant has nice views.

There was no hot water and the reception staff knew about it and did not inform. From the window of the room, all the engine units of the air conditioners were unpleasantly reflected. We left the hotel

The overall experience for the money. Dirty carpets, dirty bathrooms, the fire alarm flashed a bright light all night, the bedding wasn’t comfortable and there was one towel for our jr suite with a king bed. the hotel was very musty smelling and needs updating and improvement.

Rooms are extremely hot, and the thermostat does not work. We had 4 rooms on different floors, all with the same issue. Breakfast is served in 45 min slots. They have one person serving the food for all guests, so it takes about 30 min in line to get your food. With only 15 min, there is no repetition. In general, people were rude, with the exception of the guy that helps with the baggage. The woman that serves breakfast scolded a guest that dared to touch a piece of bread. In the end, the price was higher than the one shown in booking because they charge in local currency, at a way higher value than it really is (945 per dollar when a dollar was 901 for the day). They also charged us with the resident 19% tax, when we are Chileans but have not lived in Chile for about 9 years. Bookings was also very bad, we found a cheaper value and used the price match tool. We were offered a new price, but they never informed the hotel. If you find a cheaper price, it's better to cancel and book in the other place.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and served on the 10th floor, with views of the whole bay.

Breakfast served at restaurant, many covid restrictions still apply.. not what it used to be before Covid WiFi was not working (only in basement) and morning shower was not warm enough
