Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Hacienda Santa Cristina is a beautiful property. Upon entering, you feel like you just arrived at a private estate. There are various fruit and vegetable gardens, and multiple buildings all designed with an old-style South American charm. The property is quite large and is immaculate throughout. The rooms are situated overlooking tranquil gardens and an appealing main pool area. There is a second pool, as well as a hot tub, on the property that is near the rooms, which is very convenient. Both are well set up with chairs and are very clean, and offer food and drink services. There is a huge restaurant which adjoins the main pool where you can also dine throughout the day. In my opinion, everything written regarding this property, almost all positive, does not fully capture just how wonderful this place really is. Everything is clean and the gardens are groomed to perfection. The rooms and bathroom are spotless and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Each room has its own porch with a table and chairs. There are several vineyards within walking distance, surrounded by rolling hills, that overlook the property. The breakfast is excellent and can be served to you right in your room if you prefer. This was a nice option as we ate it on our porch each morning. The dinners were very tasty and well presented. The staff was amazing in all aspects. Every person we encountered would greet you with a warm smile and was willing to help you with anything you needed. Lastly, I want to mention the owner, Juan Pablo. He greeted us the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He was there for us the entire time and gave us many suggestions to explore Chile on the rest of our trip. All his suggestions were spot on. He could not have been nicer. I would stay here again if the opportunity arises. Just book your room and don’t worry about a thing. Juan Pablo and his professionally trained staff will take care of the rest.

A wonderful, beautiful and peaceful place, extremely well maintained. Food for dinner and breakfast was great. We had no time to enjoy the horse riding, which we regret. Valley del Encanto is very close and a must do.

ChileThe Hacienda is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the pure air and splendid facilities. The breakfast, served to your balcony, was excellent. Indeed all the restaurant service was first class, the attentive waiter, a wide choice on the menu and the outdoor eating area on the terrace around the pool. There are two pools, one heated pool specifically for adults staying at the hotel, and an outdoor pool, both immaculately maintained. The grounds and surrounds are beautifully kept with an abundance of roses.
