It would have been nice to have my room cleaned at some point during my stay and it would have been good to have some cupboards in the kitchen for guest food as someone ended up stealing some of mine because I had to leave it on the side.

It was in a good location close to town, easy 5 min walk from shops and the host was so friendly, collected me from the airport (without me requesting!), showed me around town, helped me sort clothes washing and gave me lots of free bananas. The room was comfy and the bathroom always had hot water. Communal areas were kept clean.

Would love to have one time a cleaning do to my 8-day stay

Shared kitchen with fridge and all to be able to make home cooked meals, nice details like flowers on bed, cute sheets. Nice accommodation with garden and option to use big girl. Very friendly host who you could text and checked in from time to time. Also showed the island!

Only small thing was that the walls are thin if other people are in the next room.

Lovely basic accommodation in a quiet area of town. I don't do fancy places on islands so this was perfect. Clean with a full shared kitchen. Very comfy bed. Three mins walk to main street with car rental at the bottom of the street. The host was lovely even though he spoke minimal English, but we got by with Google translator. They collect you from the airport with the traditional flower garland and drop you back there with the gift of a necklace. Would definitely recommend it for a great price .

The accomodation is nice and clean. It is very quiet but still central. Andres was a great host, he showed us around in town and drove us to the airport at the end. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. There’s also the possibility to rent a car from him, which is way cheaper than at the rental companies.

Between hostal and downtown nearly 20 minutes walk so consider took every materials you need. This is not a bad thing but just a hint.

Really good and peaceful place. Clean, safe and calm. The boss Marcelo and his asistant Andres fully involved with your needs. Especially Andres arranged tours and guides in a very limited time. Also Mahatu helped by whatsapp and make arrengements. Nice place with nice hosts.

- Amazing hospitality by Mahatu 😊. She personally did the airport pick and drop for us, complimentary. Upon arrival, right from the airport, she drove us around to show the important places on the island, like where is centro, where to buy national parks park tickets etc. She was always available with a response/recommendation whenever we needed it. - Nice comfortable bed - Spacious room - Equipped shared kitchen - Good location, walking distance from center - Option to rent a car directly for an affordable price

A desk and chair in the room would be nice. We could not find a hairdryer. The rooms can get very damp. A microwave in the kitchen would be a good addition.

Mahatu, the owner, makes you feel very welcome. The rooms were clean, large enough and comfortable. The location was good. Internet was fast (Starlink). Overall, good value for money in the expensive Rapa Nui.

Mahatu is a lovely host, very attentive and kind. The room was simple, functional and clean. Great location. The airport is walking distance but pickup and drop-off was provided. Laundry service is also provided upon request. Could also rent a car straight from the host. Overall can only recommend.

The internet signal was very weak and we didn't have it in our room. It was kind of available in the kitchen but it was very poor. Suprasingly a toilet paper refill is not available... For one evening and night there was no power - since it happens on the island it would be good if at least the property was better prepered for that (have some lights and candles ready etc)

The huge benefit of staying here is a possibility of renting a car for a very good price (we paid 90.000 for 3 days). Location was also pretty good and the kitchen. Room and the bathroom were spacious.

Great service. Easy access to everything. Very friendly staff. They have various serivces. I rented one of their vehicles, and you can also hire a private tour guide for many activities.

The rubbish bin they not clean untill after the day all of us check out, it's quite full for few days actually.

The location is perfect. The host is very friendly. They provided the airport transportation. The house is clean and have share kitchen can be use.

Shower water was warm not hot, otherwise, fantastic.

From start to finish the host, Mahatu was incredible! She was at the airport to pick me up which I wasn’t expecting, gave a quick tour to point out important features of the town including where to purchase park pass, loaned a phone charger when one was needed and also gave a return trip to the airport. Very reasonably priced vehicles available for rent…so helpful! Accommodations are clean, spacious and easy for walking around the town. Well stocked kitchen! I fully encourage you to stay!

There is no outdoor common area on the 'hostel side' but you can easily pull out some chairs and a small table from the kitchen.

The owner and other hosts are amazing! Big heart and smiles. Everything is clean, good facilities, cars to rent, a nice and big pavillion on the 'cabañas' side, and it's in the center of the town.

Wifi and hot water are not very reliable. But for me that was not really that important.

Welcome at the airport with a flower garland, spacious room, bathroom ensuite. Big kitchen. Close to main street. Big outside 'living area'. But most important: very kind staff. Thank you Mahutu!!

There are many different points from the information on booking.com. # it's required an extra fee to change towels and sheets. # They don't clean your room even in the bathroom during stays. # It's not 24 hours front service. It's from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.. # You can't use a kitchen in your room without matches. # If you want to have a barbecue, you have to buy charcoal and fire starters from the nearby supermarket. # You should make proof when you reserve anything in person. I had made a reservation to rent a car, but was lied to that I had not done so.

They have transportation services from the airport and give me some small presents. The staff usually has a good smile and kind.

The WiFi doesn't work in the room at all (cannot even find a network) I was charged more than I should have been when they converted USD to Peso.

The room was nice and it is close to the main street. The surrounding gardens are lovely Airport pickup was included.
