The only thing to mention is if you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs as all rooms open into the communal area and the walls are thin.

More like a home stay than a hostel. The host is so kind and sweet, even with our language difference we got by an felt welcomed and safe. Very comfortable and clean, good facilities and close walk to most things in town. Would recommend.

The room I was in did not have any ventilation, we had very little space to move around.

It was homey, clean, and good installations. The bathrooms were very nice, the kitchen was complete.

We enjoyed our stay here. The owners were super friendly and the kitchen was great for cooking meals. We extended our stay and have booked to come back again after our trip to Ushuaia.

The place is great and has all the amenities you might need - a fully equipped kitchen for you to cook, 2 shared bathrooms with a hot shower, and a comfortable bed with a heater in the room. But the best are the owners. Extremely lovely people that not only took the time to meet us but gave us all the tips for what we wanted to do. Couldn't recommend it enough and thank you so much!

The hosts are super kind and made sure I was comfortable. The shower was warm and each room has a lock and key. It's about 10 min walk from the center/waterfront. A very relaxing and easy stay.

The owners are warm and lovely. Close to the city center, a supermarket and bus-sur station. Hot water, hairdryer, kitchen, heater. So you can sleep well.

Walking distance to the bus sur terminal (10mins). Also has restaurants and mini-markets nearby! Also very close to the supermarket. The owner’s mum was so welcoming and lovely despite the language barrier. Good kitchen, great area for a short stay.

Perfect place for a short stay in Punta Arenas. We stayed for 1 night before heading to the airport and it was great, super clean, comfortable, with everything we needed. The host was even kind enough to help us to organise a taxi for the morning, would highly reccomend this place.

Only consideration we would give to others is that the accomodation is not social so I would not recommend to solo travellers (unless wanting some quiet time). But for us we didn’t mind as we had some downtime.

we really loved our stay at Aska. It was such a warm and homely environment and everyone that runs this guesthouse is incredibly friendly. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Really central location and great price. Would definitely recommend.
