I got lucky to be alone in 4 bed room as the hostel was not that full. I could imagine when it’s too full it would be too tight with the bags and everything, as the room is not that big.

It’s clean, and the staff are nice, bed is wide and comfortable. Breakfast is real, with cheese, ham and one egg (Not only toast and jam like in many others breakfast-included-hostels )

It was quite pricey for what it was, small room for 3 people and it was disheartening that they charge 10% to pay by card for our stay (it would have been a lot to be carrying cash to pay for this), most expensive charge in South America. We were also nearly overcharged. We were looking forward to the pool especially in the heat of the desert but it was way too cold to fully swim in.

It was a comfortable and clean room. As you were a 5 minute walk from the main square it was quite at night. The breakfast in the morning was good. Able to cook in the kitchen ( there is a supermarket as you enter the makn street and further down there is a fruit & veg market - both not informed of when asked). The rooftop was great to chill.

The personal was very kind and helpful. They even give me a little breakfast to take away as I was going on a tour early 🙏 The swimming pool is a must in the heat of San Pedro !

If you pay with card, there is a 19% surcharge, which seems excessive. Room very small but clean and good shower.

Within walking distance to bus station, clean room. When I was leaving on an early bus, they gave me a breakfast bag to take with me.

Bumped my head going upstairs to the roof terrace, even though I am of average height.

The room was confortable and there was a lot of hot water. The pool was useful for a little exercise although it is small and the water was cool.

Good location, just few mins away from centre and bus station, nice and quiet. Small pool great to refresh in the heat! Comfy bed, clean bathrooms. Good breakfast too and nicely equipped kitchen to use. The couple who work their is very helpful and friendly!

Rooms cleaned everyday, very nice staff Comfy beds and nice hot shower! Nice rooftop for chilling out Breakfast included (very simple but ok!). They also give you some snacks to go if you have an early start.

Upper bed in the dorm was shaking a lot when changing position during sleep. Showers have limited amount of hot water and the water runs slowly.

Nice host, fast wi-fi. Good home-made breakfast included in the price. Pool and chill-out zone.

It's getting cold at night, there is no heating. Depending on the room, the bathrooms are far away, so you'lm have to go out in the cold at night.

The hostel is good, a lot of open space, I loved the sun terrace. Great kitchen, good breakfast, good shower... But the water needs some time to warm up again, after somebody else showered. Beds are warm and comfy, staff very helpful and I'd totally recommend to use the bike/car rental option of the hostel to explore the area!!

In the de description of the hostal, it is mention that they are also a tourism information and that they can provid maps and information about tours. I reserve this hostal because of that but when I arrive they inform me that they dont do that. Also they charge 5% more if you pay by foreign credit card. That is something they should specified at the time of the reservation. The door bell in middle of the night.

I like the staff, the location and the place is secure. The size of the room was good.

The room was too small for 4 people, and there were no windows!! Only one but it overlooked an internal corridor so there was no air circulation AT ALL. No sockets next to bed, no hanger for clothes and overall too little room to keep bags and personal belongings of 4 people. Packed breakfast was a joke, literally one bag of crackers and a juice

The bed was comfy and the place was generally clean (except for the swimming pool which didn't look very clean)

The staff were amazing, so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The facilities were great and always clean. It’s in a good location, around 10 minutes walk from the main street. If you can’t make it to breakfast, they will prepare you with a bag to go.

The toilet is a bit far away from the room we stayed in which was slightly annoying when needing to go in the middle of the night but not a big deal. It's worth knowing that although it's covered it's still sort of an outdoor area you need to cross to get to the toilet, so can be a cold walk. Didn't bother us though. Our room had about 5 lights but only 2 bulbs were working.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Staff were really friendly - they didn't speak English, but used Google translate or slow Spanish and miming to communicate effectively. Breakfast was nice, included scrambled eggs. The kitchen area was really good, well stocked and clean. There is a small swimming pool with deck chair area that was nice to sit at. There is a shared bathroom (which has shower and toilet) which is good, and there are also two other shower cubicles and another toilet. All clean. Decent WiFi.

The wifi in our room was very weak, and our room was a bit of a walk to the shared bathroom.

Our room was spacious and clean, breakfast was provided (and although quite basic it was enough for what we needed), there was strong wifi in the communal areas, and it was well located - only a short walk away from bars/restaurants etc in San Pedro.

It's too bad that there isn't more concern for the infrastructure: the entrance, the uncomfortable bed, and other minor things that would make this a 10!

The wonderful, hard working staff make this place a pleasure and really clean.
