Breakfast starts 8:00 am, but all morning tours leaves between 5 and 7am, so I lost all breakfasts. You can ask for a breakfast to go (in the day before) but it is very poor.

The staff was very helpful and kind, specially Sandra. Location is amazing.

The pictures you see online are of some of their rooms (which I thought were all the like them) we ended up staying in rooms with windows facing indoors.. I can't say it wasn't great, but only stayed for one night. Payment is only by cash or transfer. Again not something I didn't like as much as it should be clearer on booking.com that this are the only payment types.

Lady at reception is very nice and accommodating. Location is good and tranquil setting.

Although credit card payment is mentioned at booking, they insisted on cash payment, and even charging more than the 77€ confirmed. Breakfast is poor.

I think would be better if the breakfast would have more options (difference between the days or with more options).

I liked the cleaning, the spaces, the quality of the rooms and the beddings. I like as well the shower, hot and strong, very relaxing.

Nice venue located in the city centre. Rooms at the back have a nice window and all the facilities that you need. Great value for money. Recommend to mention the room that you want because you can have different experiences, otherwise you might don’t have the window.

It was a little overpriced. The rooms were quite warm and we had to change from one to the other as the first one was so hot. The lights in the room were very dim. We didn't end up eating breakfast on most of the days as the tours were so early. So doesn't really make sense to book a place that includes bkfast!

The place is located on the main street of San Pedro de Atacama so it is a huge plus! Easy to get around to the restaurants and other places of interest.

The room was too small Attached bathroom was not what I expected No hot water for the first 2 days My neighbours was a group of young noisy people. Breakfast was horrible….. 👎👎👎👎

It was located at the very end of the Main Street and the staff were not overly friendly. Breakfast also did not start until 8am meaning if you were up and out early either for tours or to check out, you lost out.

Breakfast is quite poor and the lady serving breakfast got quite annoyed by people ordering breakfast. 2 of the rooms had poor hot water throughout. Can only pay in cash and it is quite expensive.

Located in the town, walking distance to everything. Looks great. Decent heating. Comfortable bed. Good of street parking. Very friendly and helpful manager. Very clean.

You can only pay in cash, if you're paying in dolars they don't accept wrinkled or with the common pen stains from the ATM. Room maintainance could improve and when we arrived there were no towels, but they solved it quickly.

Location, cleanliness, rooms and we were able to leave our baggage in a safe storage, when our flight got delayed some hours later.

There’s no indication in the reservation, confirmation or even a private message that Puritama DOES NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS. It was a complete disappointment, not to mention the inconvenience to have to find a cash teller, pay the ridiculous charges to obtain it, and walk around with a large amount of cash(I stayed 4 nuestro. The front desk was wonderful and accommodating and it’s not their fault. But Booking and Puritama owners are responsible for such a ridiculous practice and should indicate that they don’t accept credit cards for payment. Breakfast was not worth it. Instant coffee, old bread with cheese , and one scrambled egg. Remarkable and dedicated staff made it taste better. Thank you!

Superb location on the Main Street in San Pedro but just far enough down to still be quiet at night. Great showers, warm beds and a nice simple breakfast. Very friendly dogs belonging to the staff. Staff were excellent

the room we were given when we arrived were at the front of the hotel which seems to be an extension / additional rooms. the walls were thin, had direct sunlight and street noise. after much discussion as we did not want to pay more and simply wanted the room that was shown on booking .com they agreed to change our room on our 2nd night. the water in the shower gets too hot and the room is cold at night.

good location at the end of the main street. nice inside patio to relax during the day. they clean rooms daily. the owners / family are nice and attentive and we like the big gentle dogs running around.. the give hot drinking water whenever we asked. the owners do a great job of maintaining the hostal even if it is a bit dated.

Very good location on the edge of the main strip. They worked really hard to have breakfast out and available every morning. We scheduled 3 of our 4 tours through them as well and they were very good tours that came in more affordably than our first tour company.
