You could hear the road quite well in my room and it was a little pricey.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The court yard really nice to sit in and the room comfortabel and clean. The location is also very good, near nice restaurants and bars. They also made me a little breakfast box because I had to leave before breakfast to catch a flight.

It was comfortable, however, I recommend a lock on the shared washroom door.

The staff were friendly and helpful especially Cindy, Fernanda and Diana! Thank you so much for all of your guidance and for making my stay enjoyable. Breakfast was served and had a great variety. Lunch bags were available if you had to leave before breakfast time

Welcoming staff, great location, love the patio space! We decided to go back early one night just to have wine and read books out there. Traveled to Santiago with my cousin and we felt very safe in this location. Breakfast was included, same as most hostels: ham, cheese, bread and yogurt. The bed and sheets were very comfortable!

Recommendation to add fruit to the breakfast

The hostel has a nice outdoor area to relax and meet people. Good breakfast. The staff was supportiv and friendly. Beautiful neighborhood and a lot of sights in walking distance

Such a beautiful and welcoming hostel. The staff is very friendly and helpful (big thanks to Fernanda especially !). The breakfast area/indoor courtyard allows to meet other guests which is lovely.

Well maintained and cosy hostal in a safe location in Santiago. Had a great patio and a nice breakfast. Room has a fan and enough windows to keep it fresh and ventilated in the warm Summer in Chile. Staff really friendly and helpful and everything was clean.

It would be great if the rooms had mirros and ideally even a sink. Also, the rooms located closer to the street are naturally a bit noisier at times.

Super cool hostel. The location is amazing, very close to the city centre and many sights and with great bars and restaurants nearby. The reception is staffed 24/7 and all staff are very nice and speak English very well, which always helps. The courtyard is lovely! They provide free breakfast (which consists of bread/rolls with jam, ham/cheese and some yoghurt), which is always a bonus. I'd definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it!

Mixed feelings about the staff depending on the shift: night receptionist was smoking at night and I could smell it in my bedroom- not great for a non smoker Also did not get the same breakfast as the rest of the guest - even when I asked On the other side the person that welcomed me was extremely nice and gave me some good tips : so I might be biased

Tambo Verde is a brilliant hostel. It is beautifully decorated and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are very welcoming and breakfasts are fantastic. It is in a great location too. Very highly recommended.

Staff was super friendly, helped me with all of my questions( I had a lot 😅) muchas gracias para todo. Everything is clean and well maintained. There is always someone at the reception to open the door or to help you out. The breakfast is really good. Location is a little off the main attractions, but it's in a safe neighborhood

Tastefully decorated hostel situated at one of the charmest neighborhoods of Santiago and also safest. Very clean and proper and the employees that work there are 5 star ⭐ employees. Very helpful. It's by far one of the most nice hostels I ever been. Very professional and with character. Also the breakfast is super good. Strongly recommended ❤️
