I can’t think of anything specific.

My favorite part of my stay at the hUB Providencia was the kindness of the front desk staff. Specifically, Manuel and Alvaro. I had not kept my airport documentation and needed it to not pay taxes at the hotel and also to get to my next travel destination. They went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed and I can’t thank them enough. They were helpful with directions, spoke great English and always greeted me with a smile.

Maybe some stuff from the room need some replacement or repair (the door for the wardrobe was noisy and the window shutter was a bit broken). It's something nothing important but it was something we didn't like it.

The staff was extremely friendly and kind and readt to help us in everyrhing we needed. They speak English that's very important. The location is very safe and nice.

You need a credit card to hold the room and as a deposit and my debit cards and even a credit card were all declined which left me panicking when I got an email saying that the reservation would be cancelled. I emailed lots of times but got no reply until the last minute where I was told that they would hold the room for me. I drew out cash on arrival to use as a deposit and had it returned when I checked out. Unfortunately, there are no recycling facilities at the hotel, but when I asked at reception they offered to take my recycling for me. The AC machines are quite noisy so I ended up not using it, but only the fan. There is no balcony furniture at all and you're not allowed to take any to use from inside. The scrambled egg was a little undercooked for me but when I asked, they'd always cook it a bit more for me. If you need assistance from the rooftop pool area on level 12, there's no telephone to contact reception. Despite all this I'd still highly recommend this hotel 100%!

The place is amazing to look at, modern arty styles, lighting, graphics, attention to detail. Complimentary bottles of water in the fridge. fully functional kitchen, iron, hairdryer, big TV, toiletries, table and chairs in the studio standard room. My room had a Balcony but onlly with a view of the office building opposite, and partially of the street to the left. Nice rooftop pool, cold water but nice and refreshing in summer, and the view is INCREDIBLE! Views of the Andes mountains and city buildings. Area is close to everything, walkable to most places including some hiking trails, and only 4-5 euros/dollars Uber to the city centre. Staff were young, friendly, helpful and spoke good English. They gave me a map with information on where to go. Buffet beakfast was really nice with fresh juices, fresh fruit and a selection of other foods. Breakfast was in the adjoining Portuguese restaurant which has some great food and not too expensive either. The lifts and toilets were beautifully scented, and smelt great! The hotel price is very affordable and very reasonable for what you get, the location, the pool etc. The catering staff in the restaurant were all very professional and helpful.

Cleaning could be improved. We had to downgrade our room for the same price as the one initially assigned smelled very bad and there were no more rooms of the same value available. We couldn’t pay with neither foreign debit nor credit card from two different countries and ended up having to ask a family member to pay with their Chilean card, after which the hotel initially wanted to charge us 60+ euros extra. It worked out in the end, but not a friendly payment process for European customers and we had to pay extra fees to then transfer money to the Chilean account.

European prices but not facilities, e.g had to ask for an extra towel every day (one towel for two people only, each time they cleaned - not a coincidence). No hairdryer in the room, had to ask for one. They say you can call reception yet never managed to do so (busy line or nobody replied each time) so had to go to the reception each time. They had a big issue with internet so no WiFi for almost two days.

Great location, lovely area with plenty of restaurants around. Amazing terrace, nice staff. Modern building.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. Location is ideal, a safe neighbourhood with restaurants and cafes close, and best of all a quiet area.

The pool is smaller than expected and there are very few sun beds, so it gets full easily. The bar/restaurant on the ground floor plays loud music until 2am most nights (even when it’s seemingly empty) and this was clearly audible in our room on the 5th floor (with the balcony door shut). Even with earplugs it was difficult to sleep until the music was finally turned off. This might only affect rooms on one side of the building, but was quite irritating as wasn’t expecting it.

Really clean and modern room with functional and well appointed kitchenette. Comfortable bed and great shower. All the staff were very extremely nice and helpful, and went above and beyond to help us find things in the area etc.

Staff is not that friendly. Pllows are extremely uncomfortable. The corridors are a bit dark. The gym has outdated equipment. Wifi is a bit slow.

I had a problem where they gave me a room without the shower drain cover, the room had a bad smell because of it and even though I complained for 3 or 4 times for both the cleaning staff and the reception staff nothing was done about it.
