The location of the hotel was perfect, it was close to the middle of the city and the street that the hotel was in was so clean and calm.

Room wasn't cleaned every weekday (this might be due to public holidays?) But I would see staff cleaning the room next to mine, when I returned 4hrs later, my room not clean...odd. Also staff took my 2nd towel when they saw I was staying alone. I'm all for saving the environment but I didn't like using 1 towel in the bathroom and for outside at the pool.

Great location within walking distance to many restaurants and the metro, well appointed room with a very well stocked kitchen. Comfy bed. Nice pool/lounge area with amazing views.

in my opinión the bath towels should be changed, as it is not white and fresh anymore, some of them even destroyed (with a holes). I also have comment regarding room cleaning, in my opinion hotel need to pay more attention to the floor (it needs to be washed, not just swept), the bathroom should be cleaner and dust should be removed more carefully.

Location of the hotel is just great, it is not far from the river side, good for jogging it is good part of the city, very safe and green! There are a lot of restaurants and cafes around. The stuff of the hotel are nice, not everyone speaks English, but it is not an issue.

We did not like housekeeping, 2nd time we stayed at the Hub and housekeeping is hit or miss, only left one towel in our room once again and we had no time to ask for more due to late at night discovery We did not like plunge pool, too small. We did not like Gym having no mats to stretch and no free weights, decent dumbells We did not like the front desk ordering us a taxi to the airport for a 5am pick and it never came causing us much stress. We did not like that the air conditioner in our room made way too much noise so needs to be looked at.

We didn't like the fact that housekeeping only gave us one towel for two people (two days in a row). housekeeping entered our room without knocking while we were in bed. not having a toilet brush in the bathroom having just a plunge pool and not something bigger not having a few more dumbells in the gym to use with higher weight and no gym mats (gym felt like an afterthought)

We liked the size of the apartment and it's access to most things in the city. We liked the neigborhood and not far form metro and quieter. We did like the reception staff as they were helpful most of the time.

The bathroom toiletries ran out on day two and didnt get refilled. Everything else was fab.

The staff were super friendly and helpful with recommendations and assistance. The rooftop pool area is a fantastic place to watch the sunset and enjoy a warm afternoon. The room was well-designed, had everything we need and was comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay in this great location again!

They had to move us to a smaller room due to a leak, and the new room was very small & smelly. The process of moving was not nice as one of the staff member was very unpleasant. They didnt clean the rooms half the time we were there.

The breakfast offered in the restaurant next door was poor quality. The room was not cleaned for 4 nights / days - our entire stay. The staff was kind enough to inform me about the power bank I forgot but made an entire fuss about me not being super responsive related to how to return it back.

the hotel looked and smelled (!) great. The rooms are modern and well appointed - so are the bathrooms. Great view from the rooftop swimming pool which also has great beds to lie in.
