Location is very good, walking to any restaurants. Deborah the manager is exceptional. She is the one we gave all exceptional ratings for. She speaks good english,very helpful and packs to go breakfasts for us.

100% recommended especially for solo travellers. King size bed with good shower and nice pool in the desert, cannot be better. Extremely clean! I stayed two nights and the housekeeping was done each day which I did not expect. Receptionists are very kind and speak good English. For couples, the room and the bathroom are not spacious.

I liked everything, but particularly the manager, Deborah!. She is extraordinary. She saved my life, actually by helping to find a transfer after my flight was canceled and I arrived quite late in Calama.

The fact that the rooms there’s no refrigerator to cool our water, but this applies to almost the whole country. I think in Chile is not usual to have fridges in the hotels’ rooms.

The location, the attention Debora gave us and the rustic touch in the decoration.

The room and bathroom are rather small and no airco (just fan). But everything is very clean.

Very nice and friendly staff! Location very good. Just walking distance to the center and many restaurants. Quiet place. Beautiful garden with swimmingpool and different quiet places. Breakfast very good with yoghourt, fruit, cereals, very taste bread, pancakes, eggs...! Everything very clean.

They have some power issues, but that seems to be a problem at the whole city during vacation period.

It can get very hot here in the evenings. A fan certainly helps, but air conditioning might be a good next step.

Quite nice prvate layout with a pool in the centre, quiet and private. Close to restaurants and shops. Rooms are clean and well kept. The place is quite secure. Generous breakfast and cheerful staff. Overall, a much better place than its photos suggest.

The hotel was clean and well organized. I arrived late (around 9:30PM) but check-in went smoothly. The hotel even packed me a small snack/breakfast bag because my shuttle bus to Bolivia was picking me up at 6:30 in the morning.

The pool was being painted so we couldn’t use it :( Nevertheless, they give us a discount on the price because of that.

The hostel is amazing, it’s very confortable and beautiful, the bigger room is very spacious and cozy, the breakfast is also very good and the staff is friendly and thoughtfull. The bathroom is very clean and great, especially the shower.
